The spicy peblano omelet was out of sight!.the service was quick as well as suoer friendly! Used to go to IHOP as a kid and this was a throw back for sure. Food is still just as good and the building hasn't changed!

The pancakes are definitely spectacular. Fluffy and full, your choice from 4 syrups. That alone makes it worth stopping by. The t-bone steak, however, is not recommended. Perhaps stick to regular breakfast food. The eggs were done superbly, though. I've also tried the omelette before, also excellent.
Came back after my t-bone incident last time. As I suspected, it wasn't the fault of the restaurant nor the Chef/Cook. Tonight I tried the sirloin tips, just something different. It was cooked to absolute perfection, given the small cubes of meat, it was masterfully done. A perfect pink to rare in the center and wonderfully cooked onions. Eggs were perfectly prepared as usual. All that to say, it was a delicious meal, expertly done with whatever meat they had on hand. Now that I think about it, the t-bone before was done as well as can be, it was just a thin cut with little marbling, not the fault of the restaurant at all, maybe the supplier. Overall, great experience as usual at IHOP.

I live in Surrey but work in New Westminster. The past few months I have been hit with waves of emotions that affected my mental health. Yesterday (Saturday October 18th) was one of my lowest days but I forced myself out of bed and went to the one place of familiarity with the hopes of seeing the one person who lightens my mood Every time I see them. I haven’t gotten their name yet but their catch phrase is “Honey Bunny, and Sweetheart”
I just want to give a sincere thank you to that server for just being overall amazing and showing kindness in every interaction. They unknowingly helped me find the courage to make another day count. Thank you for your service and the great breakfast ❤️
Good general experience. Service was friendly and fast as possible. I ordered Eggs Benedict, which weren't done correctly, and pancakes, that were good. Waiting time could improve.
