I want to let you know that I was at your New Westminster location on Tuesday Oct 22 and although the food was wonderful, your server was sick and coughing and complaining of a sore throat. We spoke with management and our server was changed, but the server with, what appeared to be a very bad cold, was not sent home and continued serving other tables. Unfortunately I have now come down with a terrible cold, and since your server was the only sick person with whom I had been...
This ihop is older, so hence lower stars for atmosphere. The rest is 5*****'s.
PS, they have the best pumpkin pancakes ? "original recipe" here. Other Ihops change the recipe, and they taste well you decide? I always take an order home to enjoy ?

My son & I visit this location a few times a year and never had any issues. Food is great, staff are friendly and accommodating. Though tonight as I arrive at home with our togo boxes and a side order ( shrimp& fries)to take upon leaving.. I open the shrimp container and see that there are only 5 shrimp ? when there was supposed to be 8.. not sure what happened there but a bit disappointing considering the price... basically paid $19.00 for a box of soggy fries ?
