Ordered a $21 4 piece chicken tenders meal which was shown on the drive thru menu. At the window I was told that option wasn't available. Woman began to mumble and after several times to clarify what I had ordered I got fed up and accepted. I ended up with 4 soggy chicken strips and a handful of chicken bites for $32. I want to go back and argue but after this experience what is the point, I was scammed. Does the below picture look like $32 worth of food?

She said she’s not giving out water cup to kids only adults, so she gives out water to adults and not kids?
The worst possible experience in all possible senses, they don’t even have sanitizer gel to clean your hands and the service is terrible thanks to the employee attitude, please don’t waste your time and money there.

I order from KFC regularly, often close to closing time, and every single time I politely request “no tomatoes” and “extra sauce.” That’s it. Very simple. I’ve placed this request four or five times, and instead of honoring a loyal customer’s preference, your staff has decided to block my number.
Yes — blocked me. Now I can’t even call KFC. How exactly is a customer supposed to arrange a “different number” just to reach you? Am I expected to go out and buy a new phone line just because your team can’t handle a simple order modification? This is beyond absurd.
To make it worse, when I called last night, a staff member actually said they would charge me extra to remove tomatoes. Really? Charging extra to remove an ingredient? That’s something I’ve never seen anywhere in the world, and it’s laughably ridiculous.
The behavior of your staff is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of showing basic courtesy to a paying, regular customer, they’ve decided to take the easy way out — by blocking me. Management needs to step in immediately because this is not how KFC should be operating.

Restaurantji Recommends
Came here two months ago and had ordered to our room. When i ordered it they got the whole order wrong. Called back and the lady on the phone was rude and said bring it back. Well they were thirty five minutes away and the deal of ordering in is to have the service not have to drive back to get the order straight. Upon calling in. Multiple times to different managers and sending texts back and forth with pictures we got no where. Come back two months later and said come in. Well for $94.00 order we drove to the restaurant and got our order straightened out and had some arguing to do to get it. Worst customer service ever.

i like tuesday special

I always use the drive-through here on Tuesdays during non-peak hours (around 2 PM, no school during summer break). Today, when I ordered five Tuesday specials—each packed individually—I was told I had to go inside because it was a “big order” that could not be done through the drive-through. Seriously? Then I shouldn’t be seeing any family-size bucket sales going through the drive-through.
This location often seems to come up with arbitrary rules. There was no line ups, and the staff member didn’t give me a receipt—otherwise, I would have reported it directly.
If I ordered the same five Tuesday specials in a single bucket, it would apparently be fine for the drive-through, so please stop with these inconsistent, made-up rules. Very disappointing experience from a franchise restaurant that’s being run like an independent “do-as-they-please” location.
