If you have a thick accent , don’t talk to customers. or at least talk slowly. No one can understand you when you talk so fast

We just had a really very bad experience over there , first of all the staff attention towards customer was zero they dont even listen to you if you try to call , i tried to call them thrice ,zero customer service. After we go there for dining just had burgers , when we were in middle of our bites they said you have to go out we dont allow after 11pm , i totally agree but atlrast let us finish our food but noo they said you have to go out we need to close the store then why they allow us for dine in in closing hours. It was not that kfc we used to visit there were three girls all are unaware about customer service

I came to drive thru at 10:25am the store should be open at 10:30am. A lady who came in at 10:32 turned the lights on and waive me off and told me they are not open yet. I asked and said it says u guys open at 10:30am? She said well were late and we wont be ready for another 10 to 15 min. I said ok. The lady proceeded to be rude and told me im not allowed to wait in the drive-thru when I am waiting for them to take my order at 10:35am. I reported this branch to head office as the staff here needs training on how to have a good customer service. The total star review for this branch is 2 star which im not surprised why. These people are rude and shouldn't be working in food chain if they can't even open their store at opening hours and be ready.

Yes, they have the same recipe. But the service kills it. Rude managers and employees with no care for customers. You'll either find mistakes in your package or they'll say they don't have this and that. Most of the time they don't ask you to wait if you want your order, they'll offer something else instead. Sometimes they won't even ask if you need ketchup, etc. My family loves KFC, after such experiences many times, we won't go back to this store anymore.

Horrible drive-thru experience. Every time I order at this KFC location, the clerk asks if I can park my car by the concrete wall adjacent to the drive-thru ordering window. I normally comply as it's not too much of an inconvenience but still annoying knowing that I'm not getting the full drive-thru experience. Tonight was terrible. I was asked to pull my car to the back parking lot (due to cars parked by concrete wall) and this is a big inconvenience (have to go back into traffic and circle around). I asked about wait-time. She replied 4 min. I refused and instead of respecting my decision not to, the clerk calls the manager. Manager was rude and orders me to the back parking lot. I refused saying this is a drive-thru so why should I. She replied there are other customers waiting behind. I replied I got here first, it's only a 4 min wait time and am I not a customer and I'm waiting too. She got snotty and completely blew me off. My food arrived 2 min later but get this, she completely botched the order (not sure deliberately or not), giving me spicy instead of regular. This drive-thru location (and many others) is misleading customers. It's supposed to be a drive thru and not a drive-park thru. Be honest with your customers and change the name to drive & park thru to reflect the business reality. I think the City has to pass new bylaws for drive-thru locations. Locations advertising drive-thru can't harass customers to park in another location other than the drive-thru itself unless disclosed at the menu board at which point the customer can decide whether to continue on with business or not. Customers should also have right of refusal. The only fast-food joint I'm aware of that doesn't ask you to park your car after ordering via drive-thru is STARBUCKS so kudos to them!!

This is such a bad branch of KFC. Slow entitled service and hardly any cleanliness. They make customers wait for long and have no regard for waiting seniors either. If you want to waste your time then surely go here! They are low staffed and all staff members do the same task instead of dividing and getting the line/orders through.

Ordered a $21 4 piece chicken tenders meal which was shown on the drive thru menu. At the window I was told that option wasn't available. Woman began to mumble and after several times to clarify what I had ordered I got fed up and accepted. I ended up with 4 soggy chicken strips and a handful of chicken bites for $32. I want to go back and argue but after this experience what is the point, I was scammed. Does the below picture look like $32 worth of food?

The worst possible experience in all possible senses, they don’t even have sanitizer gel to clean your hands and the service is terrible thanks to the employee attitude, please don’t waste your time and money there.
