Great Food! Just had lunch again with a friend at Ki Sushi. I tend to go on in these reviews, so I’ll just say this. For anyone interested, there’s great hot, fresh, well-made, and quickly delivered to the table food, for lunch or dinner! Great atmosphere and service, inexpensive prices. Well-located across from The Spaghetti Factory. Go for it!

The welcome was really not pleasant. Even though there were plenty of empty tables, the staff directed us to only one table, and we couldn’t sit where we wanted. The employees could be a bit more friendly—or maybe having robots work here would make more sense. Also, every time we come, the restaurant is cold and there’s no music, only the TV is on. I’m sorry, but I got a negative vibe. I don’t think we’ll be coming back again. It’s quite amateurish to provide such service, especially in a place with such a beautiful location.

My favourite sushi spot in New West, as the food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is prompt. Don't expect the best sushi you've ever had, but it's my favorite sushi restaurant in the city at a reasonable price point.

Nothing to say about this place, except that it suppose a Japanese restaurant but its staff and food taste are Chinese ones ( I asked them after I tried it). If you are really hungry and no other option then go there otherwise keep it away.

This used to be a very good sushi restaurant, it has gone downhill a long ways. The food is still decent and the portions are reasonable size however the pricing has gone up exponentially since the owner changed. Nothing has changed in the appearance of the restaurant and one thing that needs to be changed is there cushions on their seats Karma the cushions are coming apart torn ripped or just well-worn depending on how you look at it. I still recommend this restaurant just at a much lower level.

I was absolutely happy with this place. Service was very good. Staff is very friendly the food is full of flavour and very fresh. I had the dynamite roll, California roll, beef tataki and fresh wild salmon sashimi. I will definitely recommend this place if you are visiting that area and are craving delicious food. Prices are very reasonable.

I’m sure it’s not the norm but the error of not having our takeaway order ready on time is a concern.
It wasn’t that they were just a few minutes late, rather they can’t read military time (their choice of setting, not ours) that caused the delay. We wanted our order at 6pm, they thought the order was for 7 or 8pm. What?
What a basic mistake. Don’t use a format of time your team can’t read.
Trust that future orders will be on time has been diminished.
