“Wild Thyme doesn’t just serve Lebanese food, it serves home. You walk in and it smells like someone’s grandmother has been slow-roasting garlic and blessings since sunrise. It’s small, always packed, and absolutely worth the wait. I’m convinced half of New West is just standing outside hoping for a table.

Now the food? Ridiculous. I ordered the chicken tawouk and it showed up looking like it had been plated with love and possibly divine intervention. The garlic sauce alone could end wars. The hummus is smooth, bold, and just disrespectfully good. And don’t even get me started on the saj bread. It’s like edible magic carpet material.

Portions are enormous. You think you’re ordering lunch, and suddenly you’re staring down a tray that could feed a wedding. Staff are warm and clearly proud of what they’re serving, and they should be. This isn’t fast food. This is soulful, unapologetic, flavor-loaded comfort. Wild Thyme isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a full-on experience.“
