I had a big craving for a caramel Sunday, and rather than travel a distance to a couple of my favorite places, the Marble Creamery was close by, and know there is good quality real ice cream there.
I was very disappointed with my caramel Sunday, as it is not the typical Sunday with a mini ladle of caramel sauce all over.
What i received was 90% vanilla ice cream, topped with 8% whipped cream, then a very light line of caramel over top of the whipped cream. Then a cherry on top.
I told the staff, this is not a caramel Sunday, just because you placed a hair thin drizzle on the whipped cream. She didn't care and said that's how we make it. I ate it, it was good as just a scoop of vanilla, and barely tasted the caramel.
If they are asked for a caramel Sunday, follow everyone else, who pours on the sauce.
I won't be going back unless I just want a typical cone close by.
Not very satisfied, but at least I learned a lesson.

Ive gone here a couple of times, and I noticed that they put the same amount of toppings in a large cup as they do a small cup, so when I ordered a large cup, it didnt have much toppings.

I visited this location for the first time today to redeem my birthday reward. And was the guy ever rude as soon as he realized I was redeeming the complimentary birthday reward the senior older asian man had no customer service, doubted the date was correct for redemption as if I’m trying to rip them off since marble slab birthday rewards are
for sameday redemption as birthdays. He immediately went to check his calendar ready to decline the offer if the date was not as the stated offer! He then started yelling loudly asking what do I want… I advised cheesecake & advised the toppings etc. He literally did not know what graham crumbs were, yelled no strawberry cone or cup..
The scoop was smaller than normal with minimal toppings from other Marble Slab locations.
He is likely the franchise owner and is really a poor ambassador representing the marble slab branding, he needs retraining for people skills & should not be representing marble slab as a franchisee if they can’t follow protocols & promotions. Exceptionally poor customer service, will not be back…

The staff weren't nice and not helpful at all. It was my first time trying this place, and I'm glad I didn't spend any money because it's my birthday compliment. Maybe try another branch!

Generally very good however inconsistent. Ice cream cake was excellent when custom ordered but the one in freezer was just vanilla - nothing added, no other flavour, just decor on top

Poor service as always. Store owner is rude and does not honor coupons and promotions. We only come here occasionally because it is the only store near our area. Had there been an alternative, we would be gone in a heartbeat. Honestly surprised it is still in business. We will not come back for the steep prices and horrible service.

The ice cream was slimy and had a bad smell, the worker did not remove the ice cream. Told the worker, who told me he doesn’t know what I am saying. I think it had gone bad.
