I ordered Mango ice cream from market crossing location on Jul 21,2024 at the closing time and look at the color of the icecream in the pictures I have attached, its orange in color, insane!
I asked the server once I realized its orange in color and she said “ its just more Color today otherwise taste is same”
I tasted it and its not the same, and even its hurting my throat, Mango is my togo flavour from here and I never had any issues to my throat after having it, but today its worst.
I have also attached the picture of actual Mango they have usually, but this time it was orange.

The reviews are accurate, this gotta be the absolute worst Marble Slab in MetroVan. The owner or employee was so rude. Portions are tiny, just like what the other reviews said, they indeed are extremely stingy. They seemed pissed off when I was choosing my toppings, as if I would finish their supply for adding my mix ins to my scoop of ice cream…. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Got a cookies and cream cake for my friend. The manager grabbed a cake from the freezer that was identical to the cake that I chose but this one had happy birthday, Andrea on it. She took my cake and that cake to the back took off the name, Andreia and replaced it with my friends name and gave it to me. I am a regular customer here so I did not expect the manger to be so stingy and cheap. It’s not even like the cake is cheap. They should’ve taken the loss and given me the fresh cake because the replacement of the name looked really bad and everyone noticed…

This place is dead. Staff is more about playing on his phone in the backroom. Overpriced Ice cream is medicore at best. The ice cream was barely mixed due to laziness as the place was dead. Won't even give you a napkin but wanted you to pay tips. No wonder many marble slab went under.

A perfect place to satisfy your cravings. Personally I love their chocolate peanut cones. Do try their Swiss chocolate rocky road in the chocolate waffle cup. Also, this location has ample amount of free parking so you need not rush :)

Franchise owners do not prioritize customer service. Went in for a cone and was told to come back because they were doing a delivery. They opened late, no one was in store. I have been to this location on two other occasions and they were just as bad, stingy and clearly lack customer care. It’s clear they only care about profit.
