They don't care about delivery order, keep doing the drive thru no one is assigned for delivery, 15-20 minutes every time waited and reported several time, not sure who is store manager doesn't follow up with comments.

The Indian guy on cashier Rhythm was aggressive and angry for nothing. i think he is unhappy with the job or with his personal life but as a customer why would i have to face that?

Consistently the most incompetent McDonald’s in the lower mainland. Nothing fast food about this location. Allocate a minimum of 20-25 minutes just to get through the drive through and then having to wait for your food. Absolute crap.

This is the worst MacDonald's I have been. The conditions of the washroom is just apocalyptic, there's no toilet paper in the men's when I wanted to go, so I requested the handicap washroom, it was equally gross but there's toilet paper, however after I realized the sink does not have running water, there's a hand sanitizer dispenser so I use it however it's not hand sanitizer but actual hand soap, wtf, so now I have soapy hands with no running water I have to use my elbow to open the door to go back to the gross men's washroom where there's running water.
Ordering food, the workers are so busy that I stood there for many minutes with no one attending to me, fine it's okay I'll just use the self serve kiosk then. Food is here, they are out of ketchup cups, so you can dispense ketchup but you'll have to dispense it on a pop lid or on a napkin, which they only gave me one napkin because they said they are running out, huh... So I have to tear half the napkin to dispense ketchup on it and use the other half carefully after my meal.
Seriously with the dirtiness level in this MacDonald's I won't be very surprised if I don't feel very well after.

Keep serving the drive thru, dine in only me with a small order. Don’t know why need to wait for over 10mins
It is really annoying that they don't give refills on the drink. Especially because it doesn't say anywhere and on top of that they give you the cup packed with ice, which takes 70% of the space in it so we are being served 30% of what we paid for. Also you have to beg for ketchup because they only give you 2 packs and they kinda get annoyed when you ask for more. Never going to that location again!

The service of the morning crew has become so good again! This location is on my commute. Eric and Vincent have become my fav fast food fellas. They're always SO friendly and will accurately make your order. It's McDonald's. We all know the food, but I can say it's always fresh here.
