This location always messes up our orders. They never provide a recipt so I rarely call in. Today I called in since they missed our friea and they said we will replace the fries bring in your receipt....they never give a receipt at drive through.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience at the New Westminster McBride McDonald's location.
While eating her cheese burger, my wife discovered a piece of plastic inside the burger. After pulling it out and realizing it had been in her mouth, she became extremely nauseated and ended up vomiting shortly afterward. This was a very upsetting and concerning experience, especially from a company that is expected to follow basic food safety and quality control standards.
Finding plastic in prepared food poses a serious health risk, and this incident has completely shaken our confidence in your food handling practices. At a minimum, this situation warrants an investigation into how foreign objects are ending up in customer meals.
Please let me know how McDonald’s plans to address this issue. I would appreciate a response explaining what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.
I would not recommend coming to this McDonalds location due to unsafe food/careless handling and procedures. Photos are posted with the piece of plastic my wife bit into that was in her cheeseburger.

I've been getting my coffee here for the last 7 years in the early morning. The staff is just the worst, they never stir the coffee. If you greet them don't expect to get a response. The staff that was there previously was the best. Now is just the worst.

I don't really like this McDonald's. They renovated it and in my opinion it was a downgrade. They've taken out most of the seating on the first floor, and when you look into the kitchen they have a lot of open (wasted) space. The door closest to the parking area is now closed to the public, so you have to walk around to the front. The drive thru is always crazy busy so inside service is slow. They do have more seating on the second floor (not wheelchair accessible) but the tables are crammed together and there are no booths. It is the only area they didn't renovate. It was overflow seating and an area for birthday party's, with small tables for kids, but terrible for adults. Now it's the main seating area and it's uncomfortable. I wouldn't even recommend the drive thru because the line ups are too long. They certainly weren't thinking of their customers when they decided to renovate.
