This location is about convenience now. Let’s face it.

They wiped out 75% of the dining room and expanded the drive thru focus only to have an abysmal drop in quality and efficiency.p

I used to work at this McDonald’s location and am absolutely astonished how bad it has gotten.

This evening, I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, before finally receiving a burger that was brick hard. 10 mins later a replacement was delivered that was great! Imagine yourself ordering food at a walk-in and having to be blocked in for 20 mins.

We all know and love McDonald’s for what it is. Or do we? It’s supposed to be consistent quality and service timing, rigjt?

This location is ruining it and I hope for a change in ownership or accountability which may sound hilarious because it’s McDonald’s, but you have a great location and you’re really dropping the ball.

Absolutely the most disorganized and confusing location I’ve ever dealt with.
From the moment I arrived, nothing made sense. Every entrance was closed, yet staff kept sending me from one door to another like a scavenger hunt. Even the Drive-Thru told me to “go to a side door,” which—surprise—was also closed.

It feels like the management here has no control over the workflow. Instead of coming out to address the issue professionally, the manager (who appeared to be a woman) avoided speaking with me entirely and pushed another staff member to handle it. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is run.

If a business can’t keep its entrances open, can’t communicate properly, and can’t even have the manager face a customer, then it shouldn’t be surprised when customers walk away frustrated.

Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for basic organization or respect for customers’ time.

I understand that the job doesn’t pay amazingly, but we went here recently,and the person serving us gave us an attitude like we were inconveniencing her. Food was fine but the service here and at a lot of McDonald’s has gone way downhill in the past few years.

Got my order wrong twice in a row, plus forgot our order (we've been waiting there for 15 minutes and our meal was just sitting on the counter. No one called our number until we asked). Also, the store is very smelly, my clothes and hair got bad oily smell (from the frying) when we left the store

Clearly ordered a double double, yet I get a black coffee. What a terrible restaurant design with that massive wall blocking any vision to the waiting area/lobby as well.

Never seen a person so confused on punching in a coffee before??!

My granddaughter and I keep going to this restaurant. I might say, I'm lucky that every time we come here, we receive a very warm and welcoming attitude from the staff. That's why I'd give them 5 stars . I can highly recommend them.

I constantly do not get my full order from the mcbride McDonald's I guess it's part my fault for not checking it over but they are getting paid to get it right and they don't very frustrating then you drive back and wait to get what you should have already gotten because you paid for it so you waste more gas and time then you get to eat a cold meal

Living in the neighbourhood and coming here for over 10 years, the food and customer service has always been accetable. I mean it is just Mcdonalds and a 5 star dining experience shoudn't be expected. It's good if you're starving and want a quick bite. Coming here once in a while, it was always pretty consistent and the staff usually polite.

Lately though, it's been very dissapointing. The food less then exceptable and the portion declining. The fries now quite often half filled and undercooked. $5.19 + tax for a large fries or paying xtra for upsize in a meal is not inexpensive, quite frankly a slap in the face when they are half full.

I got a Mchicken last week and it was like a rock. Like it was sitting for a few hours and they threw it in a microwave. It went straight into the trash. There goes another 6 bucks?

I mean who wants to just throw money away? when you pay for a large and the employee could care less if you receive your purchase or not and is only the same as a medium, well there goes a few bucks down the drain. How hard is it really to make sure the fry container is full? A child could do it. It's employees that simply don't care.

You are now met with employees with frowns on their faces who just kinda throw the food at you in the drive through. Ok I get it, you don't want to work at Mcdonalds but you are still dealing with a paying customer.

I know I probably just wasted 5 mins of my life complaining because it seems like the owner of this location doesn't have a care in the world (judging by non existent review replies) and they probably stay busy anyways.

Managers of this location. Train your staff to not rip people off and prepare the food better. It's not hard to do. This location has nailed it in the past. Nothing has changed, with the exception of staff members. Fill the bloody fry container because that is what the customer paid for.

I gave 3 stars because at one point it would have been 5 with little hesitation. I won't just slam them with 1 right off the bat necause of some bad experiences lately. Maybe it will change back to my usual 5 stars?

Unfortunetly they seem to have newer staff there that simply don't care. If it were my business, I would be very upset about loosing one loyal customer. Do better, this location has done it before.
