Of all the McDonald's I have gone to, this one is by far the worst for customer service. I rarely get my order in less than 10 minutes and more often than not, the order is wrong. Sometimes I order off the kiosk and find out they don't have what I ordered yet don't remove it from the kiosk. They try to substitute it with something else, more often cheaper than what I ordered and never offered to refund the difference, I had to demand the difference refunded because they were not even going to do it. I had to wait 10 minutes the other day for a small black coffee and the last time I ordered a meal, the just put it on the counter and walked away without calling the order number out. If I dare complain about anything there, I get a face full of attitude, never an apology. McDonald's in general is the worst for value, way too high prices for what you get.

Over $30 for 2 cold big backs, 2 lukewarm regular fries and 2 small ice cream treats. This was at the drive through which took like twenty minutes to place order then was told to park because it still wasn’t ready at the pick up window. And to top it off , it was not fresh.
Not worth my time. Unless I have absolutely no other options, I will not be ordering McDonald’s

One star very specifically for the franchisee who has put in place a rule that the toys cannot be bought individually at this location and all other 10+ locations franchisee owns. Requires purchase of a happy meal. All other McDonalds do allow people to purchase these toys individually.
Otherwise, the morning staff at this location are fantastic and only following ridiculous rules set forth by the franchisee.

Morning team has it together, work quickly and produce good food.
The night team...it sounds like they're trying to have a techno concert from all the beeping alarms they let go while they just chitchat with eachother. Was there yesterday and I'm not kidding when I say there was a minimum of two alarms ringing to say fries are done or whatever at all times, and service was super slow.

The Big Mac I suffered thru today was a shadow of previous tastey meals. The alleged meat looked like 2 slices of carpet underlay with zero taste. I wanted a hamburger as shown in the picture, not what I paid $7.13 for. Both garbage cans were overflowing with other people's regrets. Don't eat here.

It’s a McDonald’s, it didn’t have its own parking lot up front so you have to find street parking. The inside of the store was a little bit dirty but it was busy.
disgusting service, it feels like the workers are not even trying to make the burger neat, they threw everything in one pile, dirty tables and toilets, do not come here, the wishes for the order do not seem to be taken into account, if I ask without ice, I want a drink where there is no ice, and not where there is as much as the rest of the drinks. I would like to get my $7 back for this delicious burger, I didn't get any pleasure, plus my stomach hurt after this burger, I hope you didn't spit in it for me

Only get a 3 for the few employees there that are very nice and make sure my orders actually correct. Today, I went to get food for my girlfriend and myself, ordered 2 buffalo Crispy chicken snack wrap and 1 ranch Crispy chicken snack wrap. When i got home and opened the bag, there was 1 buffalo crispy wrap and 1 ranch crispy wrap and 1 ranch GRILLED wrap. How clueless are you guys? Not the first time theyve messed up an order and wont be the last. I get mistakes happen, but with how often it happens here is baaad
