This McDonald’s is located inside a Safeway and has a really warm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff here are especially friendly, super quick, and very competent at what they do.

Watched the kitchen staff prepare burgers without gloves and then after washing their hands immediately touched their face and went back to making burgers. Absolutely gross. Do not eat here

This place is disgustingly dirty. The health department should be shutting it down so many flies food all over the floor benches tables everywhere they clean with dirty cloths when they clean complaining to the manager falls on deaf ears. She told me that they have the electronic fly killers, and I explained to her you still have to clean your restaurant. She just shook her head - will never be back.

My wife ordered breakfast burritos for me from McDonald's in Queensborough through DoorDash, and one of the wraps had plastic in it. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I contacted McDonald's headquarters, but they told me to reach out to DoorDash. However, DoorDash only handles delivery—they didn’t prepare the food. This lack of accountability is disappointing, and I hope McDonald's addresses this issue to prevent it from happening again.
A little bit, but I really like how they have the option to order on those big screens or ordering at the cashier. Great place to sit after a well earned shopping trip.
