The health department should be shutting it down so many flies food all over the floor benches tables everywhere they clean with dirty cloths when they clean complaining to the manager falls on deaf ears. She told me that they have the electronic fly killers, and I explained to her you still have to clean your restaurant. She just shook her head - will never be back.

My wife ordered breakfast burritos for me from McDonald's in Queensborough through DoorDash, and one of the wraps had plastic in it. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I contacted McDonald's headquarters, but they told me to reach out to DoorDash. However, DoorDash only handles delivery—they didn’t prepare the food. This lack of accountability is disappointing, and I hope McDonald's addresses this issue to prevent it from happening again.

I ordered 2 happy meals, one 4 nuggets and 1 snack wrap happy meal, it’s way cheaper than ordering separate food on its own.
I also asked for a cup of water and they starting charging me for .26cents , I guess they are starting to charge everything now.
As per customer service, crew never smile. I hope they can give it just for free next time.
Has been days and still no coke zero. Service can be hit or miss.

I tried to order a food, workers keep saying loud that they do not have this and that. It looks like they do or serve how they feel or like it. The manager then came with my sandwich that was rapped with yellow paper and he goes “here you go” with out bag or tray. It is so disgusting, disrespectful, and most of all unclean.
