They had to make my food 4 times and still could not make it right. I gave up at the end and stopped going to that location. Staff from the Kitsilano location need to go there and train these people on how to follow recipies because their food is always top quality.

I go here weekly to order the green tea bubble tea ever since it came out. It just tastes like green tea with pearls which is what I gravitate towards to. However today I came in and when I tried the drink not only did the employee put a sparse scoop of pearls (than the usual) and provided an inconsistent portion, but the actual green tea itself tasted like soap or tangy and unusual. I came back to tell them that the green tea tasted off, but the lady at the front just explained how she made it and that if we wanted a sweeter option to just order something else. As someone who works in the food industry, I believe it is policy to never tell the customer what is wrong and right, but to just provide another serving. I'm not sure if it was the process of steeping the tea or if it was an old batch, but even so I was very disappointed with especially the customer service I received today. It is not about the actual tea itself, but I am very upset over the interaction I had with the lady at the front and found it very invalidating that she simply explained there was "nothing wrong" without finding other solutions.

I ordered a peanut butter box with a green-tea but to my surprise the green-tea tasted horrid like it was left out all day and had hints of soap?? not to mention the lady working at the counter was denying our claims of the green-tea tasting horrible, which then i decided to leave not wanting to argue further.

We placed an order from Uber eats, usually I order butter chicken, this time the bowl was half portion, and didn't send Naan bread with supposedly comes with the meal, and also we ordered bubble tea at the same time and they didn't send straws. Looks that the staff there don't care about costumers. Never will order in this location

I used to go to the one in Victoria all the time around 10 years ago and loved it. So I was happy to see there was one nearby to try.
Went in around 11pm, only 2 people working. Ordered the shanghai chicken and the yangzhou fried rice. Despite being mild-medium spice level, the yangzhou fried rice had no heat and no seasoning. It was completely bland. The shanghai chicken was decent at the medium spice level and tons of sauce. For the price, it is reasonable. However the meat quality is very poor. Tons of meat fat in both the bowls. I still think it is decent for the price for what you get, but I'd only treat this place more of a desperate food place for late night rather than somewhere to keep going to. I remember the Victoria one being much more tasty.
Also they had no drunken noodle sauce apparently.
