Horrible ordering procedure on their website. I wasted 20 minutes trying to order for pickup on their website. It’s simply impossible, because once you place everything in the cart, the “next step” button is greyed out and you can’t go anywhere passed that. I’m off to another restaurant.

I ordered there butter chicken. Did not taste like authentic butter chicken as advertised. The dish tasted like it had coconut milk which is not an actual butter chicken ingredient. I orders mild spice and it was definitely toooo spicy to be called mild…. Just disappointed and not at all authentic as advertised. I guess the only good thing is that they are quick?♀️

Every time I've been here, the food has come out piping hot, fresh, flavorful, and delivered with a smile. It's a great choice for anyone as their menu is very customizable. 100% would recommend. You gotta try it.

We made our first visit to Noodlebox in New Westminster last week. I was expecting it to be typical bland franchise fast food. Wow was I wrong! The menu choices are excellent and the specific dishes we chose were very tasty and anything but bland. Great ambience, excellent food, and outstanding service. Harpreet made us feel very welcome for our first visit. He made some recommendations which were excellent. Great experience start to finish. We will certainly make another visit. Keep up the good work!

Great service and staff however, not sure if they changed the recipe on the spicy peanut noodles(?), but they used to be sooo creamy and flavourful with sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Last couple times I've ordered it from different locations its been dry and lacked flavour/salt. No more sauce at the bottom of the bowl, and the peanut butter sauce on the noodles was bland - not great for something ~$16Staff are great though! Maybe just order something other than the peanut noodles.

Pad thai (purple noodle picture) unappetizing in colour and flavour. Definitely not sweet, salty, sour. Lacks flavour. Just bland mushy noodles with veggies. Teriyaki box wasnt bad in flavour. Tasted like teriyaki sauce. Please don't order pad thai. Got crispy chicken and beef, beef not crispy at all, just soggy coating. Crispy chicken tasted more like fish. Got take out, but ate within 5 minutes of ordering.
