Super tasty, and nice people. The Mexican food is authentic and delicious. I drove here from White Rock to try it out and was pleased.

Ole Ole is such a cute and quiet little mom-and-pop Mexican restaurant! 🌮 The food tastes homemade with authentic, flavorful dishes that feel straight from a family kitchen. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the warm, welcoming staff make you feel right at home. A true hidden gem you’ll want to visit again and again! 💛

Food is very good. Prices are acceptable.
The lady who works here speaks poor english. The last time I visited this place I asked FOUR times if I could order food for takeout. She responded with a slack jawed blank stare. I gave up and walked out.
Why should I get food here when ordering is a frustrating ordeal? No restaurant should ever have anyone dealing with customers unless they speak english fluently.
Will not be returning despite the good food. There are many other places to choose from.
1 star.
Catered my event. Everyone raved about the food. Worked around everyone’s food restrictions and needs.

Ole Ole Mexican is truly one of New Westminster’s hidden gems! If you’re looking for authentic, home-cooked Mexican fare, this is the place. Nothing here feels overdone or heavy — it’s the kind of food that leaves you comforted, like you just had a warm meal at grandpa’s table. A cozy spot with real heart behind the cooking. Highly recommended!

People are nice there, but the food tastes like microwaved food.

Restaurantji Recommends
Great spot! Food was delicious, the owner is 10/10. We asked for a recommendation and that we liked beef and chicken- he came back with two dishes of exactly what we wanted. Not sure what we had but we will definitely be back for more!

We came near closing so I didn't expect much but I could hear the microwave going non stop being the only other people in the restaurant the kitchen couldn't have been busy.
The one thing I will say is the pupusa were affordable and tasty so I will return for those
Anyways I'm pretty disappointed that my meal was 90% microwaved only thing that wasn't was the steak
Definitely ruined my experience

Honestly not sure how it rates so high. I’ve had the taco combo and the fajitas and both were just really dry and not very good. I’ve had much better tacos at a Texas truck stop taco stand.
This father daughter run gem is a spot people are sleeping on. This 16 seat small authentic Mexican restaurant vibes and charm. The food is phenomenal and is well prices. The flavors are well rounded and fresh.
