OPA! of Greece Queensborough

I ordered for pick up yesterday for me and my colleagues...everything looks great and done as requested...the only fault is, my colleague found a hair on her salad, i know sometimes it is unavoidable but i think the crews who are preparing the food should be wearing a hair net and really be careful...see attached photos and receipts

Opa was once my Greek go to...wasted $17 ...I couldn't even get my dog to eat the beef skewer 😐

Odd smell coming from the store and also only one staff member makes for really slow service.

We have ordered from this location multiple times and every single time we are met with exceptional professionalism and amazing food. They never disappoint us, they have become a staple in our office to feed our staff.

We had the mega platter with chicken, falafel bites and greek salad. The food was very good, service was fast but charged $2.50 + tax for a paper bag.

I took chicken wrap delicious and so fresh highly recommend

How old was that chicken you just gave me? It was as hard as a rock, I couldn't even bite through it. The pita was hard and crumbly, and why does it taste like Indian food? I threw the whole thing in the trash. Funny part it was so bad the trash threw it back at me.
I will never be back and I will recommend not going here. It's too bad there's not a lot here in Queensborough, you think they'd do better. Maybe care .

We found a piece of scrubber! in our food, I immediately took the dish to the lady taking order to show it to her. I asked her to give us a new dish, she was planning to return the same dish! but after she saw my look! she decided to not do that! then she gave us a new dish but this time she reduced the amount of salad she gave us. When I said why is this like this, she said that is our usual amount we are allowed to give! So rude!
If you go here expect to see scubber in your food!

The food is generally average, and they don't provide lemon with the salad. It has nothing to do with Greek cuisine, as the staff are Indian (so they don’t really know this culture, the dishes are Greek in name only). We didn’t want any drinks and just asked for a glass of water, but they didn’t understand and sold us a cola instead. Overall, it's a place where you can fill your stomach, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is good.

I visited this restaurant two days ago and ordered a souvlaki and a moussaka. Unfortunately, the quality of the vegetables was poor, and the meat tasted like it wasn’t fresh. After eating, I felt nauseous. I called the restaurant twice and spoke with the staff, but they were unable to connect me with the manager or transfer my call to management. The restaurant’s environment also didn’t seem clean, and overall, the food quality was disappointing.

My favorite, calamari with Greek salad. Salad is yummy, fresh, fries are great. But the only problem I thought was they cut the calamari so thin. So I think, when they buy the frozen calamari, they cut it on half. Like seriously the calamari is thin like paper and full of batter. Service us amazing, the in-house sauces are amazing especially the chillie sauce, just the calamari bit.i stopped going here, I go to the metro town opa instead, or the tsawwassen.

The food was really unprofessional and had no proper way of preparing, the chicken skewer wasn’t cooked long enough and didn’t have any meat on it and the salad was very small had no olives and no flavors put way to much dressing and didn’t taste good it was not worth the money it was over priced and food was prepared poorly it wasn’t worth it
