To be honest, food is amazing. We really love to come here with my boyfriend.
However, today we placed some order for Burito Meal with Guacamole and Sour Cream (as per picture) and some coffee with croissant, but instead of meal got Burito only.
I came to check with the server if they forgot to put Guacamole and Sour Cream on a side but he told that is going inside (which is weird interpretation of word “meal”). Then I asked him about the difference between regular Burito and Burito meal on what he answered that difference is in Guacamole.
Didn’t make much sense for me, but he was super nice and offered to put a side this time. However, right after this the other server came (after sides were on plate) and started to give him troubles that he is not supposed to put side as “she didn’t pay”. Everything was in front of me and other customers to make sure I heard it. Super weird vibe. I was feeling sorry for the server and didn’t want to bring him into trouble in front of that colleague and told it’s fine, I will take Burito only.
That being said, our bill was over $30+tip and making this scene because of misleading description and guacamole on a side is really silly.
Sad about this tasty and nice place having this level of service provided by that rude lady. Hope didn’t cause any trouble for guy. He was super nice and at least tried despite brunette lady.
Got there at opening at 10am to pick up freshly baked sourdough loaf (still warm). It was awesome! Crispy crust with warm chewy centre, exactly what I was missing for last 3 months! Came home to make simple ham sandwich it was bliss. Savory taste with crust crunching at every chew!
I'm afraid that I'm going to finished the whole loaf today...
Same great taste after going here for 10 years now
Very delicious tacos, nice service, reasonable price.
Consistently good bread, and fantastic treats
I tried the concha and it was one of best conchas I had in Vancouver
That Christmas fruit cake for $10 is great value and was absolutely divine, so tasty and not dry at all unlike the mummified pannetone you can buy in so many stores.

I had the chicken tamales. Well, it was just cornbread. There was very little to no chicken in it. I was quite disappointed.

The food is good and conchas too, but today I was disappointed with the place with a very ugly and hard pan de muerto . I feel cheated.

Bought a small apple pie here that genuinely one of the best I've ever had, and cost about the same (or less) than what I'd have to pay at the grocery store.
Gonna get more pies soon.

Had a chicken burrito and it was very delicious. It was very hot, freshly made and I would come back again. Seems like this is family run so if you are in the area check it out and support them.

I was walking around and found this amazing place!! Traditional Mexican food at a very affordable prices 😍🤤 I tried enchiladas $14 they had conchas and any mexican pastries are $3.99 so fluffy and delicious 😋 they also have fresh bread and tortillas, definitely a hidden gem in New Westminster!! Love it!! There are some tables and chairs inside the place and some more on the market since it's the food section.
