Papa Johns Pizza

The order takes ages .I have never waited this long for pizza. Very frustrating 😕

Well, I didnt get a chance to order food this evening. ONE member of staff operating when it was clearly busy. Acknowledged then ignored. Then after 10 mins of standing like an absolute idiot, I get told an order for ONE PIZZA would take 20 minutes. What an absolute joke of store. If you want a pizza next Tuesday, come here. If you want good service and your pizza thay same evening, go elsewhere.

The pizza here is tasty, but the hygiene and workplace practices are very concerning. This is the second time I’ve seen children in the work area. The first time, there was an infant with a small play area set up inside the store. Tonight (August 22,2025 at around 10pm), I witnessed a toddler standing on the kitchen counter with shoes on - the same counter where pizzas were being packaged. I was handed my order directly from that counter, which was extremely unhygienic and upsetting. I’m seriously considering reporting this location.

I had the worst experience at papa johns today . I walked in around 3pm for a papadia it was too thin and soggy . All the Toppings were on the box and staff doesn’t know how to take orders . Terrible customer service.

Very disappointing
According to their APP - my pizza was out for delivery “ in transit” for over 45 min!
I live 3 blocks / 1 minute drive from location.
Explains why pizza was a soggy mess!

Usually order from here and pizza has been good in the past but this time ordering, we received a pizza with the cheese ripped off half the pizza. How do you even send something like this and not notice?

Order was wrong. Offered to remake it which I appreciated. But had people waiting in the car.

Today we ordered 20pizzas for our company party at happy planet . The food and the service was amazing . Everyone one enjoyed the food very well . I would like to thank the driver and the person who handle the full order since I made several calls with her . She was very patient and polite. Good job papa John’s keep up the good work .

I used to order alot from here .But last night was a mess people who answer the phone does not listen to anything and they can't understand anything at all . I got the wrong pizza with extra sauce instead of extra cheese . Terrible staff

We always order from here, but this time was really crappy. We always get our pizzas well done, but this time our pizzas are burnt. I had to Peel burnt cheese off and couldn't eat the crust. The email said it might be 45 min, so since we ordered late (10:40) I figured they didn't have much staff, but at 11:30, I called to enquire whether it would be much longer. She said 5-10 min. Ok. 15 min later I called again and was told a story I couldn't understand and was told maybe 3 more minutes. The driver was polite at least. I've never ordered so late but I'm now hangry and should be in bed. I couldn't eat most of my slice of pizza. I'm sorry Papa John's, but it shouldn't matter what time we order.
