I had a really disappointing experience with Papa John's. The toppings were scarce, and the crust was soggy. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic. I won't be ordering from Papa John's again.

For fast food pizza it is excellent.

Used to be great. I've been ordering for years and they used to deliver in a decent amount of time but the last few deliveries have been consistently late and not by just a few minutes, but by half an hour to an hour. They send a measage that it's on the way but 30+ minutes later it's still not deliver3d and I live a 10 minute drive away. The tracker shows only a map, there's no kind of gps. Tonight was my last order. I' not doing this again

Lives 4 blocks away and pizza took over 1hr and 30 mins for it arrive. Their tracking system don't work. When you call them they give you the run around and probably lies.

Manager decides to bring her 2 year old kid into work and run around, highly unprofessional and extremely gross. I also had my first encounter the manager, she was the female Asiatic ethnicity, she is extremely rude to customers. I told her my order was incorrect and cold. I told her on the app it messed up my order and she was not willing to change it. I asked her so if there was a hair on my pizza would you change it? she simply says no I would not. I start recording her to get her to speak the truth and show the world how she was acting and performing as a manager. She starts yelling in front of her child and saying "this is why we love when people order online so we dont have to deal with people like you". Ill never be going back and ill be taking it up with corporate. I was a regular and I loved the food quality although management has completely ruined this place allowing her kid to run around the restaurant. BTW she called the police on my afterwards and said I made racist remarks towards her and her staff which was a complete lie. She was upset that i recorded our interaction and how it was extremely embarrassing for her considering how she was acting.

My number 1 pizza to get.. always delicious ?

Its our first time visit to this store by 1:45AM and all our orders are so delicious especially the Pizza, jalapeno bites, chicken, brownies absolutely perfect not just to me but to my husband as well. ?even if we waited 30minutes but the wait is so worth it. Kudos to the only one staff assign there. (Just please be patiently waiting) I give 10/10 stars to the food and service? ? ? ? ? ? for sure will order again.

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Thillini and the staff! Every time I order from this location the quality and consistency is the same! I get extra cheese every time and the pizza is always on point! Keep up the great work everyone! :-)

This place seems like short on staff.. waited way too long Literally upset with the management its not staff’s fault. Management pay attention!!!
