This Papa John’s location has very poor service. Almost everyone who picks up Uber Eats orders from here complains about long delays. The staff are not organized, and every time I come here, they take around 30 minutes or more to prepare the orders. The employees do not seem to be doing their job properly. This Papa John’s location at 512 6th Street has very poor service. Almost everyone who picks up Uber Eats orders from here complains about long delays. Update: reported. We are waiting for someone higher up in the food chain to give us a call. We are very angry. This location wasted our time and someone should be held accountable.

If you can program Clover to suggest/accept tips then it can also be programmed for tap payments.
What year are you in? We spent 10 minutes trying to add your email for e-transfer then left without food. Does corporate know?

No manners, no greetings, no willingness to serve or attend to the customers, and extremely slow service. It is always the same. Extremely frustrating. :(

If I could give this place 4.5 Stars, I would. I've had some really outstanding pizzas from here, and they've always been perfectly cooked. Sometimes they're just very good instead which I think comes down to a slight skimp on toppings. Overall, this is my favorite chain pizza place and the drivers have all been outstanding.

I was sitting innocently sitting in the back alley parked when this angry Asian man in a grey Honda said get out of my spot then continued blocking Alley way once I attempted to move he called me dumb stipid native boy he hurt my feelings I had a good cry right there on the spot his Indian co workers pulled up beside me I was really scared !!!!!I’ll never go back to papa John’s those guys bullied me . 😢🥺😢🥺😢🥺

Disrespect , ordered a pizza , complete brown and toasted . Called them and ask for new one or refund , they refused , finally came over and delivered the pizza but they were asking for old one still handed them short 2 slice . That Asian ( owner ) lady didn’t give me the new pizza and took it back because of the short slice , also were asking my 6 years son weird question about pizza , not recommending this pizza at all

Tonight we got delivery and they brought the wrong dip and I'm big on my dip but after a quick call within 5 min I had the right dip with my pizza still hot and I was happy great service and a quick fix I think after the last 2 orders it's my new go to, especially after the no hassle on fixing my order. Thank you so much

Well, I didnt get a chance to order food this evening. ONE member of staff operating when it was clearly busy. Acknowledged then ignored. Then after 10 mins of standing like an absolute idiot, I get told an order for ONE PIZZA would take 20 minutes. What an absolute joke of store. If you want a pizza next Tuesday, come here. If you want good service and your pizza thay same evening, go elsewhere.

The pizza here is tasty, but the hygiene and workplace practices are very concerning. This is the second time I’ve seen children in the work area. The first time, there was an infant with a small play area set up inside the store. Tonight (August 22,2025 at around 10pm), I witnessed a toddler standing on the kitchen counter with shoes on - the same counter where pizzas were being packaged. I was handed my order directly from that counter, which was extremely unhygienic and upsetting. I’m seriously considering reporting this location.

I had the worst experience at papa johns today . I walked in around 3pm for a papadia it was too thin and soggy . All the Toppings were on the box and staff doesn’t know how to take orders . Terrible customer service.

Very disappointing
According to their APP - my pizza was out for delivery “ in transit” for over 45 min!
I live 3 blocks / 1 minute drive from location.
Explains why pizza was a soggy mess!
