Milk tea was basically an expensive cup of milk. Tea was nowhere near strong enough to be tasted through the milk! The pearls were good but i expect a milk tea to taste like tea.

So my opinion of this place. Everything here is amazing! It is so tasty and yummy. I love everything that this place have to offer,
However, I am very shocked that you don't provide bags for customers unless it's a massive shopping bag because I am visually impaired and I walk everywhere. So I do buy a lot of pastries and sweets there and I cannot carry three to six boxes in my hands and walk up the hill back home.
I don't understand why you don't offer smaller bags for customers. When they are walking and not driving. And the other thing is I'm surprised is I purchased a chicken pesto sandwich yesterday and I was completely surprised how expensive it was. It was almost $13 for small square sandwich. I mean it is good but it is very very pricey.
I have spent so much money at this place and I don't mind it that much if they can offer a little bit of a service. Like I said smaller bags so I can carry all my things. I had to walk up the hill yesterday with two bags and four boxes because they don't provide bags. Please invest in some smaller bags for your customer and maybe not charge $13 for a square small piece of sandwich. Thank you

A great spot in a super ugly station. Like a sunshine on a cloudy day. Lots of options of different drinks, we enjoyed our Pistachio Latte and Mango Passion refresher!

Great place for a coffee or croissant. They do have slushies too. Fresh and delicious. Service was good. Was about to close and they had the croissants for half off. A couple of tables inside but gets crowded.

Parking: It's a train station. Access by transit however paid parking outside.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. They can have their bl9od suger up in no time.

Passenger Cafe is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee and a variety of pastry! The vibes are great, and the service, especially by Francesca, is excellent. My favorite items are the café affogato, iced americano and the tiramisu dacrons. Highly recommend!

Don't really go into new West very often but I was very happy to be able to try out some pastries from this little cafe ! They are so good ! I got the peach, apple and ube. They were flaky and not too sweet! Definitely recommend. Will be back to try their other pastries ?‍↕️?‍↕️

Ordered through Too good to go, and got a perfect latte and just great chocolate croissant. Everything was flavourful and delicious, recommend the café for sure. No picture as it was gone in a blink of an eye haha

An adorable lil cafe offering a unique selection of sweets tucked into the second floor of the New Westminster train station. With wide front windows in full view of the train and passersby, this is a great place to pass the time with a coffee and a friend, or one of their delicious macarons ❤️

A hidden gem in the New West Skytrain station! Fresh and flaky pastries paired with authentic matcha and excellent customer service! Definitely worth a stop by! :)
