I am visiting this place regularly. But today, when my husband tried to make a payment, the server hit 15% tip button. As I know, the tip isn't mandatory as well as the percentage of tips is on me, not on the server. I won't come back here anymore. It's not much, but the server has no right to choose from it.

Went here for the first and last time. While the food is decent, it is bland. There was absolutely no service. Also, they gave every other table tea but we got room temperature water on a cold day.

I recently visited Pho 99 in New Westminster, and I was thoroughly impressed by the meal! The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tender cuts of well-done flank and the melt-in-your-mouth fatty brisket. Each bite of the soup was a delightful experience, with just the right balance of seasoning and depth. The noodles were fresh and cooked to perfection, making every slurp satisfying.

For dessert, I had the red bean dessert, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. The sweetness was subtle, with a smooth, comforting texture that paired beautifully with the lightness of the dish. It’s clear that Pho 99 takes great care in crafting their dishes, from the savory pho to the sweet finish. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic, delicious Vietnamese cuisine!

Food was great, staff were really nice. I went at 11 AM when they opened and the atmosphere was so calm and peaceful. They had great music (Studio Ghibli theme songs). I had the fried wonton and steak pho, as well as bbq pork banh mi. I got 4 meals out of it so I’d say it was worth the price. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

This is my favourite pho place and I especially love the spicy broth option. Except that just now I opened my pick-up order and it wasn't the spicy broth I paid for 😢

The pho broth is rich, and beef-y. For the price and varying sizes, it is def. worth it. The wait time was not too bad for a busy day and for fresh noodles. The pho was steaming hot when it came out, so it made it taste better for how hungry we were. The pho had a delicious broth, it was deep in flavor and def. had a good warmth to the throat.

was skeptical with pho 99’s after my experience at the langley location. but let me say - i’m glad i visited this location in new west! we were a larger party that required 2 tables - however we still received fast friendly service, table and seats were cleaned, restaurant felt clean, food came out in a good time after being ordered and all was all really good. i got the fried spring rolls and a beef pho. also to note! the tasty rice plates were a generous serving and the bubble tea was decent for a noodle place. i would come back here!
