Lousy Vietnamese sandwich. Lady tells me where to sit, staring at the dirty dishes left in tables the whole time. Sandwich was all the chicken parts, maybe you use in soup. It was greasy and gross. I used chatgpt to tell her in Viet Namese, that this not only the worst but most expensive Bahn Mi sandwich ever. She walked away, still never got to cleaning those tables. I should have went to Subway 2 doors down, I try to support smaller businesses but no way will I return to this place.

Forgot to give me soup that was included with rice dish. Asked for it twice and never got it. Aske for a doscount but still had to pay the same price even though they never served me the soup that was included.

The food here was delicious. I really like the tomyum seafood with vermicelli noodles and grilled lemongrass chicken.

Even though they recently updated the chairs and tables, the service has been going down. But the drawing point for me is when there's a cockroach in my friend's soup i've been going to this place continuously since they first opened cockroaches on the tip of the chopsticks in the picture. The saddest thing is, the staff didn't even seem to really think this was a problem

Tried the spicy soup on the menu and couldn't go wrong! Big portion lots of meat and vegetables. Broth was amazing and service was great. Prices were reasonable comparable to any other local Pho Resturaunts around.

We ordered number 18, shrimp rolls and vegetarian spring rolls for a light lunch. Everything was fresh, tasty and well portioned.

I've eaten Pho in 10 or 15 different countries... Pho Chan is the BEST I've ever had! I love the Pho Satay (#11) cuz it comes with peanut sauce that really mellows it out perfectly! Ban-mi (subs) are also some of the best I've ever tasted.... And once again, I've had bon-mi (??) all over the globe!

Came to try as i walked pass the other day and it smelled quite good.

Upon entering and sat down. Waitress was a bit rushing and asked if would be ready to order. Had to explain that this is my first visit and i would need a couple of mimutes to explore the menu.

Ordered the lemongrass grilled chicken. (It might be panfried as it was dripping in oil) Rice were so hard it felt like yesterday's left over (or whoever cooked this rice might have forgot to add enough water). Felt meh after dining and might be exploring other alternatives next time im im the area.

They also had a kids meal (for $9bucks. A scaled down verson of pho with meatballs and brisket ~~ few pieces of meat ~~ plus apple juice). Soup was abit on the lighter side. Kid didnt seem to have issue with the food other then asking if i could give him some of my chicken as it wasnt enougj for him

I can't even explain how disappointed I am in this place. I used to love this place and frequently visited and had the #20a.
Today I took takeout and ordered the same damn thing and guess what I find in one of the fried toppings A BUG 🐛.
LIKE SERIOUSLY, I just felt like puking. By the time I saw the damn bug I am already halfway through the food.

That is so disgusting. I used to love this place but now I will never go back there again.
