This is my go to don't feel like cooking place. Great when it's hot or cold as they have a nice selection of choices for hot weather or something to warm you up on a rainy day. Either way the food is consistently good and the prices are reasonable. As long as nothing changes, it's practically perfect!

The food was just very so-so, and there was basically no service except when they came to take our order. We had to even ask them to get our tea pot refilled. We had a group of over 6 people, when we went to pay, they said we have over 6 people, so they automatically added 15% tips on the bill without even asking. Their prices are already not cheap, I have never heard a Vietnamese express noodles place will demand a minimum 15% tips. They just automatically added that to the machine and asked us to tap our card. What a rip off! Never go back again! Beware of this place!

I don't know what this place is trying to pass off as grilled chicken and pork, but there was nothing grilled on my plate. I got a soggy piece of meat with a weird chunky sauce. It looked unappetizing and tasted not good.
Fast and tasty. Only tried the pho but it was just a few minutes between ordering and receiving. Loaded it up with chili oil that each table has, really enjoyed it.

I was expecting to get disappointed by the amount of negative reviews of this restaurant but I’m actually impressed.
I have reviewed about 40 pho restaurants in Vancouver (check profile if you don’t believe me). And I must say, this restaurant deserves a much better rating.
Then I read the negative reviews. Dang, some are actually restaurant mistakes. But majority of the bad reviews are people who have never eaten at a pho restaurant. Seriously, if you’ve been at pho restaurant, you know they leave a container of chopsticks, napkins and soup spoons on each table so the patrons can use.
I keep reading the word hygiene on the negative reviews and this place seems a lot better than many Vancouver restaurants. Tables are clean, chopsticks, spoons, dishes all clean. And on top of that, the bean sprouts were extremely fresh and crisp.
We ordered pho. The broth is light yet flavourful. A bit low on the salt side which is a major plus for me. I add extra sriracha as my ‘salt’.
The pho is great. Good portion and good size and great value.
I would definitely eat here again next time I go to the Walmart nearby.

Food is phenomenal. Caution is great. Customer service excellent. Overall five star 100%. I would definitely come back. I forgot to take a befor photo it's just so good haha
