My friend and I decided to shop at Queensborough Landing today. We drove around trying to decide where we would go for lunch. She suggested Vietnamese and that is how we found ourselves sitting here. I frequently shop at Walmart and have seen this restaurant but have never sampled their food. My friend ordered the lemongrass chicken on rice and I chose the spring roll with lemongrass chicken on vermicelli noodles…. I was truly appalled when my dish arrived…. I have NEVER seen spring rolls look so yellow with a sickly orange color to them along with the soggy slices of chicken on top of overcooked gummy noodles. There was no Thai basil or sprouts or lime/lemon included which is not normal. I tried the gummy noodles with a piece of the chicken and it tasted exactly what it looked like. I then took a bite of the spring roll which had a stale foul taste to it. I watched my friend finish her meal and quickly asked for the bill. When the server saw that I barely ate the food I told him that the food was not good, he mumbled something which sounded like he would remove it off our bill but of course he did not. I did not argue about the bill. I just paid the bill knowing that I will NEVER be returning to this establishment again. You have been warned. If you want affordable, fresh Vietnamese food that is nearby try Little Minh’s located at Market Crossing.

I ordered 2 salad rolls for takeout, but upon returning home, we discovered that we had only received one roll. To make matters worse, we were charged for two rolls. When we brought this to the attention of the staff and explained the situation, the response we received was disheartening. The employee simply stated, "I don't know," without offering any resolution or attempt to rectify the error.This lack of accountability and customer service left us frustrated and disappointed. Any business should take responsibility for mistakes and work towards a resolution, rather than dismissively stating "I don't know."Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place, and I believe that improvements in both service and customer relations are necessary.

I've been coming here for years with coworkers and it's always been great, a group of us love this place. but today for some reason it was terrible, I could barely finish what I ordered. We each ordered vermicelli (1 chicken, 1 pork), the chicken had pieces of bone and gristle in it that needed to be spit out. The pork was so fatty and gristly half of it wasn't even edible. not sure if the owners or suppliers changed or what, but it's disappointing

I have ordered wings countless amounts of times. These are exceptionally dry kind of tasted like old oil ,they were not edible. I called to let them know, foolishly thinking they would apologize maybe offer to replace them and I was gonna say no that’s OK but she said no. The problem was me that that’s the way the wings tasted. They never have before. Otherwise, I would not be stupid enough to continue to order them. It is disappointing when you pay for food, and it is subpar, and the establishment will not accept responsibility.. They could’ve offered to make me new wings giving me my money back they refused. I shall no longer be a patron there personally it’s very bad business skills. Usually there is a bed of shredded lettuce with a bit of carrot. I don’t know what little pieces of lettuce they had in there.??♀️
I had a pho dac biet. Yummy, light broth. Good portion (only comes in one size).

I got the Pho Dac Biet and am satisfied. I get this dish at every vietnamese restaurant. Portions were good, not generous but not skimpy either! I love the addition of red onions which I found unusual but not a problem.
