So disappoined with the order the size supposed to be 14 it is 12
And very little amount of chicken
I had same pizza at Pizza garden metrotown, huge difference honestly
And on the application there is no way to report it
The chicken old enough

I often pass by here on sky train and sometimes stop to buy pizza. One day I urgently needed to use the washroom before ordering, but was denied because I hadn’t bought anything yet. I get that rules are rules, but it felt unfriendly and unwelcoming but considering I’ve spent plenty of money here in the past, it felt like poor customer service and a lack of basic empathy.

A healthy selection of Neopolitan pizza, including one with Cauliflower crust. The prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. We washed the pizza down with some locally made beer. A good experience overall l

Was wanting to wash my hands and go to the bathroom before ordering lunch. Rude lady just said 'Its only for customers', that's fine... Still no. How do you expect customers if you treat anyone wanting to use a bathroom like a felon lol

I love Pizza Garden and this one is not the exception but, unfortunately, there's a lot of homeless around and it's a bit concerning the hygiene but great tho👌🏻

Love pizza garden pizza so much that no matter what everytime we like to go there and eat. But the service is so bad nowadays that it feel like we should find an alternative now.

Went there at 9:40 and the staff said kitchen is closed even though the closing is at 10Pm. and ask to select from the one which were already there. Wasn’t like we were ordering a small size pizza we wanted 2 large pizza. Also if it’s 10 the staff keep indirectly staring at you we understand it’s your closing but 5 extra minute won’t hurt.

And then we saw staff making cork in the pizza oven which as per them the kitchen was closed. I mean it doesn’t make any sense

Friendly staff, great pizza. Often pick up surprise bags from here, and even a day old the pizza is still delicious!

Uncomfortable experience at Pizza Garden New West location. Felt belittled by the server. Took a sauce bottle from condiment table, server took it back but then proceeded to discuss it with coworker who came to see us and their smiling made us feel like we were being mocked and we'd done something very wrong. Not a great experience.

Pizza is always fresh when I’ve been here, my absolute favourite is there white dipping sauce they have in a bottle, probably the best thing about pizza garden besides the amazingly pizza and very big slices

This place was the closest one since we moved! We were super happy with the Metrotown location, but we moved and this was now our new place to order pizza! So disappointed!!!!! Not only pizza is always uncooked or pale, but delivery time made it 100 times worse as we only can taste super cold pizza! I gave them a chance over and over but today was so bad that we ended up making dinner after waiting 1h for pizza to be delivered 3.4km! In the end, the pizza arrived super cold, uncooked and toppings were stuck to the lid of the box, and as they put something heavy on the top of the box! New West location is nothing close to other franchises, this place is destroying Pizza Garden's name and reputation!

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Garden in New Westminster! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and served hot — exactly how it should be. But what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. A big shoutout to Simran for being so welcoming, polite, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced the whole experience. Highly recommend this location — great food and even better service!

The place was great the cashier was really nice and was very friendly to a 13 year kid.
