Pizza Garden New West

Ordered the Amante Spinaci tonight and it was fully loaded and delicious!! Easily the best pizza they make.

I went there on Nov. 22, 2025 around 6 pm. Female Indian employee complaining and giving me bad attitude. But the other employees were fine. And the pizza was good.

Unfortunately things felt downhill from my last visit. Their hot sauce was replaced with a strange, syrupy sweet BBQ sauce. All the beers came out either flat or as pure foam. They used to have music but this time you just sat in silence. They still have no way to sanitize or wash your hands before ordering a hand-held food so it's BYOS (Bring your own sanitizer).
Pizza still tasted good but it's not the experience it used to be.

This used to be my fav local spot for pizza and sadly it’s really gone down hill over the years as there’s now barely any toppings, cheese and the dough is often SO thin now to the point where I have had my sauce dripping through. I don’t like to write reviews often, but after coming here for several years i’ve noticed the decrease in traffic so I’m guessing I’m not the only one that’s now choosing the fresh slice upstairs over PG…never thought I’d be saying that’s bad it is now😪

We ordered the carne picante pizza to be delivered to our house, when it arrived we realized none of the toppings were right. Worst of all, it had parsley instead of cilantro like the website claimed. My friend is allergic to parsley. We called to let them know we wouldn’t be able to eat it and the woman on the phone said that her manager could only offer us a refund. The manager then got on the phone and told us he was sending his driver to pick up the pizza??? (Insane) We said if you’re going to drive all the way over why not just send the right pizza … and he said okay but that they didn’t have cilantro?? lol anyways the peppers were raw (not roasted as the website claimed) and the garlic sauce was some weird sweet sauce that we’d never had before on that particular pizza. Also the meat was some petrified shredded stuff that tasted awful and was so dry it just disintegrated once it was in your mouth. Not trying to be snarky but we’ve never had this issue at other locations. You should probably have the right ingredients if you’re making pizzas where the specific toppings are listed on your website. $35 per pizza is probably enough to afford some ground beef. Also who sends a driver to pick up the incorrect pizza instead of just offering a new one and allowing us to keep the old one?

I don't really feel like its worth going here anymore, when the slice costs so much. The toppings are sad looking and you can get a decent meal elsewhere for 2-4 slices.

Am bit surprised today , the test of gaden pizza , its totally changed, no longer test like before , I don’t know why may be Keeping changing works , please keep the standard, that Make your place special

The pizza is really never fresh, often served cold. Price is okay, and the staff is nice. Seats feel grubby and worn. I feel like this used to be a much nicer place that has really gone downhill.

I don’t like the new west location pizza , suggy undercooked pizza and it falls apart ruinde my new shirt , never going back there again

My wife I and use to love their pizza. It reminded us so much of the time we spent in Italy. Unfortunately the previous few times the toppings were very sparse. Talked to them about it and nothing changed. We do miss going there anymore.

I went with my friend to grab a slice of pizza
He only took a side (chicken wings if I remember correctly) who were outrageously expensive for their quality and quantity

In addition, the employee was very rude and not friendly at all. She was giving us the feeling they didn’t want us here

Its positively outrageous when coffee from a pizza shop is better than the coffee franchise beside their place
