My mom ordered in person, but the store got the toppings wrong. When we called to let them know, there was no answer. The customer service couldn't help since it was an in person order. We placed an online dispute as instructed by the call center, but nothing ever came of it.

We order from here often. The people behind the counter are always nice and quick. Just it's so obvious how the shrinkflation has affected the food. The pizzas get smaller and smaller yet more expensive. I thought pizza hut was different till research told me it's doing the same predatory practices that all these corporations do. RIP the days of pizza hut being for the working class families.

I was there on Wednesday April 9th, 2025 around 7:45 PM. The Asian girl there was very rude with customers and delivery drivers. The store was not busy at all. She was way to rude and loud.

I ordered the pizza of the day today, which was “Canadian”. After eating a couple slices, I realized it had no pepperoni on it, just a bunch of bacon crumble and little amount of mushrooms. It also had a strong flavour of maple syrup, which made it taste really weird and it was very doughy. It’s quite disappointing considering last week when it had it, it was really good.
