Just got a free pizza here as part of Pizza Hut's 'repizza' promotion. Despite the long queue, their staff performed like absolute pros.What inspired me to write this review was the person on the cash register, Elmer, who unwaveringly faced the crowd in a performance that outshined any service I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant.I expected the staff to be tired and annoyed, but I was proven wrong. Elmer enthusiastically greeted every guest with a genuine smile and was friendly while still assertive. Despite the rush, he noticed that I was waiting for a while and found my pizza at the back without me asking. This is a person who does every task to the best of their abilities.Shoutout to the hard-working cooks at the back, who managed to whip up dozens of high-quality pizzas in very little time.Pizza Hut New Westminster, please give Elmer a promotion, and the rest of the staff raises!

Best Pizza Hut hands down! the manager was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate my party and I and even got us a great deal. Other Pizza Hut locations wouldn’t even answer their phone so I was frustrated but he went out of his way to help us and gave us a really sweet deal.Thank you so much definitely the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Also their pizza beats the other locations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Store manager doesn’t properly explain that they cannot remove item from order price because they don’t have it, sends nothing as replacement and charges same price on it. When manager is called out on their poor explanation they have no accountability and then hangs up on customer. Amateur hour, who hired this person? Edit: not sure if she’s actually the manager or just claimed she is, can’t imagine that this person would be qualified to be a manager.

recently tried the Meat Lovers Melt at Pizza Hut in New Westminster, McBride, and it was absolutely delicious! The blend of savory meats and gooey cheese was mouthwatering, and the crust was perfect just the right combination of crispy and chewy. What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. It was a delightful evening out, and I will definitely be returning for more of their delectable pizza, Kudos to the Pizza Hut team in New Westminster, McBride!
While my wife enjoyed her meal I wasn’t fond of mine. Not because it didn’t taste good but I didn’t like the style of pizza. My wife had the mushroom Alfredo me,t and loved it so to be fair it was all good.just a question of persona, taste.

I’m really not the one to write reviews but I really need to explain my unpleasant experience from this store. Last night we ordered for pick up. My partner dropped me off right in front of the store and he witnessed the employee that was preparing our food drop our wing on the ground, he looked around to see if anyone noticed and he picked the wing back up and put it back in the box with our other wings. My partner confronts him and he denied it and shortly admitted & apologized. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and said “he’s a new employee” I don’t care if you’re new or not, it’s common sense that you don’t do stuff like that. It’s disgusting & if he didnt get caught then I don’t would’ve been eating food that was on the ground. Don’t hire people if they don’t have their food safe certificate & if they do; these employees need proper training. They gave me a $10 credit but I will not be coming back to this store ever again. I’ve worked in food service for 10+ years and I’m actually just shocked that something like this happened. Crazy it happens quite so often but hardly anyone ever witnesses it.
