They didn’t explain the chicken tenders come with fries so we mistakenly ordered extra fries - to which they replied “next time you order chicken tenders, not extra fries because now you know it comes with fries. My son refused to eat the food because he said the chicken tastes gross and the fries were way too over seasoned.

I ordered Dry Ribs with the buy one get one free promotion, which cost $13. However, the ribs were extremely dry and tough (like rocks.)

Ribs were very good, customer service terrible due to little English, resulting in my bill being higher than it should have been. Despite trying to remedy, the business did nothing about my concern which was a charge $8.93 for fries and water when originally the employee stated the ribs, fries and water were part of a combo @ $29.50. Take out is best, as with all public places it gets noisy.

The place for good brisket, way better than Rib Fest. The place doesn't look like much but food tastes real good. Will be back for ribs. Coleslaw was good too, fresh not over mayoed.

I ordered 2 orders of 2 pcs chicken & half rack of ribs with Cole slaw & potato salad along with a wagu burger which tasted like chuck. One order was correct & the 2nd order had 2 pcs chicken Cole slaw tossed in with the chicken, a container of sauce & no ribs. Coleslaw tasted spoiled so I tossed it. KFC tasted better the ribs were dry. With tip my order cost $60, never again

Ordered 1/2 of brisket. TERRIBLE! Dry! Cashier screwed up my order… plus I hate where fast food places hand you the machine with the 20% tip staring at your face. Get home and no sauce in the bag. Nope! I want my $ back.
Had a spicy chicken sandwich and biscuit. It was excellent. Not fine dining, but everything you're looking for from a BBQ joint. Chicken was crispy, sauces tasty. A hint of sweetness. Wouldn't hold up well to doordash, so I wouldn't advise that (crispy chicken and sauce don't mix).
Prices very reasonable.
Was told it would take 10-15 to come out and it took 20. Meh. Worth it.

Had the pulled pork poutine. Tasted like it came out of a microwave, soggy fries, minimal cheese curds, dried out onion on top, and found a hunk of paper in the gravey. Would not recommend.

I took my family here because it’s been recommended by a friend that they have the best bbq pork sandwich. And yes they do! But if there’s an option for a zero star, I’ll choose it. Why? Well my family and I were eating cold ass food. I was given a ringer that will supposedly ring once our order is ready. But 45 mins later it’s still not ringing. I noticed that people who ordered later that we did they got their foods already. So I went to the front again to check on our order. The guy in front asked me if my ringer wasn’t ringing.. I’m like whattt? So my order have been waiting for me to be picked up and getting cold because the ringer failed to ring? Yes the ringer didn’t rang! So my family and I were eating cold sandwiches, saggy fries and saggy fried chicken sandwich. Honestly it shouldn’t be a huge deal, I can eat those but it’s the reason behind it. If they noticed that no one is picking up the food, they should’ve called for the customer. We have customer number that is indicated in the ringer. They should’ve thought that it probably failed to ring which is what had happened. I told him it didn’t ring. I received no apology, he acted like nothing bad happened. To me it’s 👎🏽 customer service!!!
