We got the Halo Halo with Pandan ice cream & Buko Pandan. Both delicious & refreshing on a hot summer day. The woman who made our drinks offered to bring them out to our car. Great service! We’ll be back! ?

Great local spot. The owner was great. One of the best halo halos I've found in the gvrd. Quality Filipino food is hard to come by especially when it's great value. Also worth noting that there was no pressure to tip here which in this day in age is rare. I had to ask the owner if I could tip. That's service!

Oh wow, just tried their buko pandan, and it's the best thing I've ever had. It's full of coconut flavor, and the coconut jelly has great texture. It's delicious and fun! I will definitely be back and try other flavors!

Worst Halo Halo I’ve tried in my life. I saw it in tik tok and I drove all the way from Vancouver and I got really disappointed, they put mostly shave ice in the cup and just a minimum of condense milk, ube, flan, and of everything. The taste is also very bland! I don’t recommend to try it, you will be really disappointed ?

We brought an out of town visitor to one of our absolute favourite Bubble tea shops, Sago Togo. It's a family owned Filipino Bubble tea shop in New Westminster that makes Bubble teas and Bubble waffles in all sorts of wonderful flavors. Highly recommend the Brown Sugar Ice Cream Slush and their warm Taho. (You can have it cold too if you prefer) We'd never tried or even heard of Taho until we discovered Sago Togo. It's a tofu dessert that consists of soft silken tofu with sago pearls. If you've never tried Taho before, this is a great place to try it!Service: ExcellentParking: Street parking.Location: It's a small shop on 12th St. (Kingsway becomes 12th St.) and there's not much signage so you need to keep a sharp lookout for it, or else it can be easy to miss.

Best bubble tea in the lower main land and outstanding service and kindness!

Worst BBT place I've been to, honestly wasn't expecting much due to the area they were located in. I ended up just throwing my drink out, and the sago was extremely soggy/mushy. Would not come back.

Had the sago and halo halo. Drinks were average, expensive for what they were but welcome to Vancouver. Customer service was non-existent.

Ordered via Uber eats and didn’t realize that the pearls were not included in the brown sugar milk tea. An employee called to verify the order and was able to modify our order to include pearls. We really appreciate the extra effort that Sago Togo put into ensuring we were happy with our order!

Mislead and definitely a disappointing experience. We were so excited to try it out, we ordered taro milk tea with sago, pandan slush with ice cream and bubbles, matcha and ube bubble waffle cones. The milk tea had absolutely no flavour at all and no sweetness. The pandan slush was not blended properly almost like a shaved ice consistency and the bubbles were so soggy. We couldn’t even finish our drinks. The bubble waffle was mediocre. On top of that we waited 25 minutes for our order. Would’ve asked for a refund if we lived closer to the location.
