Waited at the window for a simple black coffee that was ready for me and watched her make 2 drinks for the car behind me beeped the horn to get her attention and nothing finally I drove away I am a star bucks guy but maybe Tim's give more attention to customer's ps and no coffee

Mediocre coffee shop at best. I visited recently about 30 minutes before closing so my experience was affected by a staff that were rushing to close out the store. The coffee I received was typical, but they had already cleaned out the milk etc and so none was available. They make a decent cup of coffee, but for the prices charged my experience was below average.

Tucked at the back of Queensborough Landing in New Westminster finds a busy and well operated Starbucks. Despite the non-stop hustling, the friendly staff manage to smile and stay professional.

I am writing to express my Dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Starbucks located at 805 Boyd St in New Westminster on Multiple occasions, I have had Negative Experiences at this location. A few months ago, I was refused service and directed to use the drive-thru, which left me puzzled as there was No clear policy stating that Starbucks only serves customers through the drive-thru.Furthermore, recently I encountered another issue when the store closed early. Prices are high and this consistent poor service has left me and other customers extremely dissatisfied. I kindly request that the management investigate these recurring issues and implement measures to improve the customer experience at this location. Frustrating! Thank you for addressing these concerns promptly.

Always had fast and friendly service whether I've gone in or ordered through the drive through. There's generally a short line when going through the drive through but it goes fairly quick. Typical Starbucks drinks and food.

Service is good. Most of the staff are quite friendly. The constant rising prices are making me shop there less and less. My simple coffee drink has moved up in price 3x this year.Dietary restrictions: We like the gluten free marshmallow bar
