I order the breakfast wrap at least once a week & this lixation, twice now, gives me a breakfast wrap TOASTED 😡…maybe if I asked for it. Not to mention there’s no cheese in my wrap

I came in ordered a hot chai tea latte. I walked to Sapperton station and noticed that the drink was leaking over my hand. I grabbed a napkin and put it around the cup. I hate getting sticky hands! I went to sit down on the skytrain with my daughter and the lid popped off and landed in my daughter’s lap. Luckily my drink was half full, or it might have spilt over my daughter, or myself. I inspected the cup and found it was defective and the lid was not sitting properly on the cup. Please do not use cups that are damaged or defective. It could cause some problems for customers. Safety is important, especially when serving hot beverages. Thank you

Went here to buy a coffee. All I had was hundred dollar bills, they wouldn't accept a hundred dollar bill went somewhere else.

My friend went to Starbucks for the first time and ordered a grande flat white and it came in this mini cup that’s smaller than a tall. He thought that was an actual grande cup so he finished his drink and picked me up. He said he paid $6 bucks for this and that Starbucks was pretty good but expensive. I later told him they made a mistake on the cup size but he didn’t want to go back to the store since we left already. The staff should have picked this up that the cup used was incorrect.

Yup, it's a Starbucks. Overpriced drinks and their actual roasts suck without dressing up, but you already knew that.
The positivity is for the lovely people who work here and the convenient location. Just remember that means it's also convenient for the 967 construction workers from various projects on East Columbia, and set your wait time expectations appropriately during their lunch break.
This place always messes up my orders, I paid extra for whipped cream and they forgot it, I ordered a sandwich and instead of calling to replace the item they just gave me a stupid note. It doesn't take long to update the skip the dishes menu! Atleast McDonald's called and told me that they were sold out and offered alternatives! I didn't even order during a breakfast or lunch rush!

This Has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. They need some new management and training. Maybe if they actually worked one order at a time and as a team it would function better. Waited 20 mins for 2 drinks… like come on…
