Store not open at the posted hours
Staff takes ages to complete an order. Some are chatting among each other while standing idle and customers waiting in queue for their orders. Management needs to send mystery shoppers to cross check their service and performance.

A young lady Cathy who made our coffee was polite, efficient and respectful. She made our coffee in under a minute.
You guys need more staffs like Cathy. She certainly made Marion’s day( She couldn’t stop raving about her) 🙂

I hope i could give 0 star. The girl was there around 3:08PM, wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t ask anything about the size of drink and made me large on her own wish. I could have finished that too if it’s a nice made but it was the worst drink ever I have from starbucks.
Please teach some hospitality skills to your staff and needs more training as well. I have this same drink every-time but this tym it hit me differently.

The old lady who attended me at the till was kind of rude and not approachable, not a pleasant morning if you encounter that kind of person, but the barrister was kind and sweet.

The best staff/customer service at this location !
I just ordered a drink and it was halfway full. After explaining to the barista, she proceeded to be rude and not even offer to make it again. Terrible Starbucks, will never come back again
