This is for the guy behind the counter (aka the bathroom nazi) I asked for the code to the washroom, in his little whinny voice asked if I had made an order yet today. 😑 really yes I have but eeeeven if I hadn’t. I’m always at a Starbucks and I don’t look like I’m a street urchin. Give me a break.

Store not open at the posted hours
Staff takes ages to complete an order. Some are chatting among each other while standing idle and customers waiting in queue for their orders. Management needs to send mystery shoppers to cross check their service and performance.

A young lady Cathy who made our coffee was polite, efficient and respectful. She made our coffee in under a minute.
You guys need more staffs like Cathy. She certainly made Marion’s day( She couldn’t stop raving about her) 🙂
