Why it says open 24/7 on Christmas day when its closed? Walked here on this rain for
My birthday treat thats they are not gonna let me redeem the next day when its open. Not fair. At least let us redeem on the same week

I order 2 oatmeal using my birthday gift card for today’s morning in the app. In the menu said it included toppings and all and when I opened it was a paste with horrible flavour I called and try to explain and the guy was really rude didn’t apologize or tried to fix my issue. Will never come back or recommend visiting this store

I generally like coming here. Employees are polite, drinks are good. I just wish they would sort out whatever disagreement with the property owner that prevents them from turning on the heat. The location is FREEZING.

My fav drink is back! I am obsessed with the peppermint mocha and this place also happens to make it the best! The baristas are really lovely as well

Can I recommend Jared for a raise? Dude was literally by himself when 2 customers infront of me ordered something like 4 custom drinks, myself I ordered 2 drinks and the fellow behind me ordered a a single drink a much deserved respite from the bombardment of work Jared had to accomplish. Buddy was in the Zone making the drinks and cleaning up immediately after a customer was dealt with not skipping a beat, no wasted moves, every motion was with purpose and precise intent. He didnt need the reinforcements he was the reinforcements and he carried the day. Bravo and Cheers!

Train your staff better to handle ANY negative situation. I ordered 3 caramel brule latte and 2/3 drinks were about half way. This was 25 bucks for 3 drinks. I come back after I realized that they were half EMPTY. The barrister doesnt even acknowledged the mistake and proceeds to give attitude when you are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position.

Why the hell would anyone go out of their way to go back to a store if there was a mistake?

She did end up making 2 drinks again which is fine. But her attitude was unacceptable and needs to be re-trained.

Will be going to a different Starbucks from now on.

Placed an order online for delivery. And choose 12 sriracha packets for 3 of my wraps. I got 1 packet lol. They do this everytime. Poor service

Pecan oat latte is amazing!
The baristas are super fast, funny, and polite! Great customer service!
Some uptight snobs in the atmosphere (as usual) but overall worth a great latte.
I'll go back :)

Slow slow slow and waited 20 min for my order due to them making a bunch of orders for delivery I’m like what I’m standing right here this is crazy get to my office to only realize they gave me wrong drink when I called she acted like I was the issue and I was interrupting her because she was busy

Honestly soo rude. I was also late waiting over 20 min like my time is not important and acting like I was the issue

Never going back to this location ever. My 3 year old daughter and I were waiting for our uber ride so had to stay at this Starbucks location while waiting. We bought drinks and pastries and we were sitting right next to the entrance door. It wasn’t busy at all when we were there (only 1 customer aside from us). The barista told us “sorry, your baby is really cute but she is interrupting other customers” and made us leave the store. I understand that it is a coffee shop and not a play area pr fast food but my daughter wasn’t roaming around or standing up, she has a loud voice when she gets excited but wasn’t shouting or doing anything bad to interrupt others. I felt bad that she made us leave. Too bad, my husband and I always get our coffee here in the morning everytime we drop off our baby in the daycare close to this location. Never going back here again.

Nice Brunch SandWichh... Chicken Bacon Sandwich and Matcha Frappe is Ideal....
