Ive been a loyal Starbucks member for over a decade, and this is definitely one of their worst locations
I preferred a venti latte, no foam. It not only came with foam, but also “extra room” - the cup was only 2/3 full! The coffee doesn’t taste as good as other locations either, it was pretty sour.
Terrible staff terrible quality. Avoid this location.

Ordered a venti mocha cookie crumble and ended up with a cup 3/4 full. What's this? I usually always get a full cup now I this? Unacceptable

This is for the guy behind the counter (aka the bathroom nazi) I asked for the code to the washroom, in his little whinny voice asked if I had made an order yet today. 😑 really yes I have but eeeeven if I hadn’t. I’m always at a Starbucks and I don’t look like I’m a street urchin. Give me a break.

Staff takes ages to complete an order. Some are chatting among each other while standing idle and customers waiting in queue for their orders. Management needs to send mystery shoppers to cross check their service and performance.
