Everybody giving bad reviews because of mobile ordering is weird. That's not the individual store's fault, they have no control over that. And if you know about the wait times and mobile ordering, just get with the times and order your coffee on your way to pick it up. Coffee was good, baristas were good, place was clean.

I used to buy my drinks here but not anymore. I waited 20 minutes before my class for a cortado! I had ordered online and the barista prepared everyone's order who showed up at the store after me and even online orders! The wait time was ridiculous for one simple drink! I let her know and she replied with an attitude that she could see my drink on her list, I kept waiting and asked her if I could get a refund and she said definitely!! 20 minutes of my time for nothing! Never had experienced such a customer service at any location. It was definitely my last order there!
