“You’re not a customer”. I stop at Starbucks regularly and spend over $100 a month - but this location wouldn’t give me a cup of water. Disappointing customer service for someone who’s a loyal customer.
I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong location, but the team at this Starbucks kindly made it for me anyway. Thank you so much for being understanding - mistakes happen, and your kindness meant a lot!
My friend and I came into this starbucks a few days ago and Sal was not very pleasant we felt very rushed and didn’t feel very welcoming otherwise our drinks were okay.
Joseph and his team were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Will definitely return!
I'm a regular pickup customer and I seem to continue to receive damaged cups which end up spilling in my car. When mentioned they do apologize although it hasn't stopped the issue. Perhaps looking into why some of their damaged cups are being used still.......
I ordered an English Breakfast Latte through the mobile app and came to pick it up. After taking my first sip, I noticed it wasn’t sweet at all. I went back and politely mentioned this to the barista (an Indian girl whose name, I believe, started with 'P').
She said she had added the syrup and then asked the barista next to her (an Asian girl whose name I didn’t catch) about it. The second barista responded with visible anger, saying, 'Then what?' She then instructed the first barista to add syrup. The first barista did so with a grin on her face, but without offering an apology or thanks, and then pushed the drink toward me.
I was shocked by their reaction but picked up the drink and left. However, after tasting it again, it still didn’t taste right. I returned to the store, handed back the drink, and explained that it wasn’t as it usually is. I said I wouldn’t have it and left.
No one apologized, offered an alternative solution, or showed any concern. Instead, I received cold and mean looks. I didn’t ask for a refund because it wasn’t about the money—it was about the experience. I also didn’t ask them to remake the drink, because I did not trusted their competence but the baristas definitely need training on proper customer service and manners.

Ok so beyond the ridiculous prices for a latte and the some BS that Starbucks is today i was in for a coffee today and realized I hadn't been playing the Starbucks for life game this Christmas season

Just to put this into perspective 5 stars is worth 15 cents.
Honestly Starbucks that's just insulting.
I wouldn't pick up a dime off the street. I'm not gonna bother claiming my 15 cent prize.
In fact, you can take your 5 stars and shove them up your woke back end.

Awesome place with great people, come here in the late afternoon or evening for a mocha a few times a week, they know me by name as soon as I walk in and know exactly what I’m ordering! Awesome! Thanks!

I just want to share how impressed I am with one of your employees (her name is Zahra). My wife & a friend went to get coffee & something to eat. Turns out they ran out of what I ordered (but already paid for it). So Zahra was kind enough to prepare us something else (hot sandwiches) which was better than what we ordered. She didnt have to do that but she did it anyway (pleasantly & with apologies). I think you should hire more people like her.

Coffee has been out here several times. Made my drink order wrong at least twice. Better off getting Starbucks inside Safeway. Lost my business.Noisy and dirty.Personally I wouldn't have those kind of patrons at my business, sitting outside trolling the neighborhood. They sit there to call the cops on musicans who play at Safeway, gossiping and I don't want to go inside with people like that sitting outside.Spent over $100 on mugs and was told there is no free first refill anymore- wow, how cheap can you get?Poorly managed. Could fit way more seats inside with a better renovation. Overall total shabby cheap vibe.
