Fun place to hang out and have a drink especially in the warmer months. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have board game inside that you could play too. It's a pretty cozy atmosphere.Place is quite small so it gets quite busy and full most evenings and weekends. They usually have a food truck in the summer months too.

Limited beers but good tasting ones. The patio is pet friendly and can hold up to 5 people if you want a rain proof roof. They do have a couple of other outdoor seating but it’s an open roof one. Do try their stouts and standard lager- really loved the taste. Kodos to the bartenders, they are lovely. It’s a must try for me if you’re around the locality!

A great New Westminster brewery with great craft beer selection and good music. The vinyl they play makes the mood, usually food truck available but they have good food to enjoy as well. I recommend if in the area

Just tried a bottle of your Smoked Honey and Dopplebock and its very nice. Really smooth and the taste of honey just adds to the smooth flavor. Ill definitely be treating myself to another bottle at some time in the very near future. Highly recommended.

We came through here after deciding to stay in New Westminster for a couple days. We usually find that breweries are kid friendly and a good place to relax, Steel & Oak was no exception. While I wish they had more seating, it was plenty for us and our toddler to hang our and meet some great people. The beer was really enjoyable as was the food. We decided to stay and have a couple of rounds before heading back to our place. It has such a great vibe and was so nice to see so many of the people know each other from town. I would love to come back to try whats on tap today and to talk with more people and the run club.

Delicious beer, good music, and chill vibes. They also have a run club welcome to all that does a 3K/5K every Wednesday at 7. The runners get a beer for half price I think, but not certain.
