The poke bowls are great, but the online ordering system automatically charges for a paper bag even if you don’t need one. There’s no option to remove it, which is frustrating. Please add a way for customers to opt out of the bag fee.

Haven't visited as often lately, but it's always heartening to see not much has changed and the food and service are as awesome as ever

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but Steve’s Poke Bar honestly left me wondering how it's still in business.
First off, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) was the first red flag. The floors were sticky and tables were covered in old food bits, it made me lose my appetite before I even ordered.
The fish tasted off, like it had been sitting out too long or thawed from a frozen bag hours ago and the portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous for what you’re paying.
There are so many better poke spots in town that are fresher, cleaner, and actually worth the price. I only stopped in because I was nearby, but I wish I’d walked the extra few blocks to literally anywhere else.
To be fair, the staff was sweet and seemed to be doing their best, but no amount of friendliness can make up for food that tastes like it came from a gas station sushi shelf. I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with this food from Uber Eats delivery. The soy sauce was only lightly drizzled on top and didn’t even reach the rice at the bottom — the whole bowl was dry and lacked flavor. The avocado, which I paid extra for, was spoiled and completely disgusting. The portion of corn was ridiculously small. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the staff. This was honestly the worst poke locations I’ve ever tried. Definitely not ordering from here again

Great service! Thanks to Adam who help us today, I am enjoying our food with my Mom and we just have a feedback about the seasoning, we found out a bit salty on our food, we decided to ask Adam to add extra quinoa and he give us right away even offer us to have also a lettuce on our food (especially on my Mom's food) and we understand and its our first time trying Steve Poke, we might have to ask for light sauce on our quinoa sauce next time (soy sauce). Looking forward to go back here again especially its a healthy food!
Good job for the staff here, very accomodating!
