Very happy with the quality, quantity and service I received last night! These days ordering any kind of take out, my expectations are average. But my poke bowl was fresh, flavorful and made exactly how I asked with a good amount of toppings. Definitely order from here again!

The poke bowls are great, but the online ordering system automatically charges for a paper bag even if you don’t need one. There’s no option to remove it, which is frustrating. Please add a way for customers to opt out of the bag fee.

Placed an order for my friends and for our annual Christmas get together.

One of my friends is celiac and I clarified in the order.
A sweet young lady called me after placing the order and specified most of the items Ive chosen we're not gluten-free. She took the time to go through the order and help me change.

I appreciate all the extra work they did and the freshness of the food. This is why I give full stars for everything!

Customer service was superb! And the flavor and freshness are so spot on. Rice was perfectly cooked (I'm Japanese, so I'm actually picky about my rice!) and tasty. Love everything about it!! I'll keep coming back to this place!!

I went in today for the first time to give it a try. Zoe was very friendly! She helped me with really good recommendations and gave me samples since there was a lot of options to choose from.Good portions and reasonable price. Place was very clean as well, Would definitely recommend and come back to this location!

Very disappointed with my order from the New Westminster branch. The salmon portions were tiny compared to all my previous orders. I’ve been a loyal fan of Steve’s Poke Bar, and this really let me down.

Ordered an hour before pickup time. 7-8 people in line ordering food when I arrived. I had to stand there and watch each of them get served while waiting to pick up my order beside the cash register. Food was great, but don't bother ordering for pickup, may as well wait in line with everyone else...

Elisa was the most gracious and friendly server that I've ever had. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about what servings I wanted, all with a kind and friendly smile.
