Worst service ever . Very rude service from the girl working at the counter today. Not friendly at all and Really disappointed.
No working washroom. By law they need one. I'll be calling this in.

Worst experience ever at this Subway. I ordered a veggie sub with just cheese and veggies and was refused extra onions and cucumbers — even after I offered to pay.I have been to many Subway locations and have never once been told I cannot get extra vegetables or there is a “limit of 6” This is completely unreasonable, especially when the entire point of a veggie sub is the vegetables.

Do not go to this subway if you are a human.
On my way to work nature called and I needed to use the men’s room. I knew I wouldn’t be able to hold out till I arrived, so I got off at Columbia station to use the washroom. I ordered a cookie and politely asked to use the rest room, for which I was rebuffed. The employee claimed that “the toilet was out of order”. So I made my leave.
This is the same response I received during a similar dilemma, at the same subway a year prior. Not even getting into the legal ramifications of an eating establishment not having a public bathroom. In terms of business it shows they don’t care about their customers.
Never coming again.

Went here this morning and the sandwich was made so perfectly with delicious fresh veggies and so many delicious new sauce choices. A great start to the day ☺️

I’ve been a Subway customer for over 7 years, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I asked for extra toppings and sauce, but barely got any, and the bread was soggy. The staff seemed careless and rushed through the order without paying attention. Very disappointed with the quality and service at this location.
Fraser Health.... Are you ever going to do something about no washrooms in any restaurants??? I'm done with the drug addicts ruining everything. You can't be open with no washrooms.... Do I have to chain myself to the fridge to get someone in this country to follow the law?
The two girls working there are very rude and arrogant made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer.

Rude customer service associates. They were laughing at me as a customer with my baby and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The dining room was also dirty, didn’t even want to eat inside.

# Customer Complaint: Rudeness and Poor Service at Subway
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Subway store located at [435 columbia street suite 100]. On [11/03/2025], I visited the store and ordered three footlong sandwiches. However, my experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members.
While modifying my order, I requested the associate to make some changes, which I have done numerous times at other Subway locations without issue. However, this associate displayed a dismissive and hostile attitude, making me feel like I was asking for a favor rather than receiving a service.
When I politely asked her to provide extra sauce, she became agitated and asked if she should charge me extra. I explained that in my past experiences at other Subway locations, I had always been provided with extra sauce without any issue. Her response was unacceptable, and her behavior was unprofessional.
I was also surprised to notice that the associate was not wearing her name tag, which made it difficult for me to identify her. However, I can describe her as a brown-skinned woman who wore glasses and had a chubby build.
I urge Subway to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the level of service they expect from the brand. I request that the company provide training to its staff on customer service and conflict resolution.
Furthermore, I hope that Subway will take steps to ensure that its staff members wear their name tags at all times, making it easier for customers to identify them and provide feedback.
I hope that Subway will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
Subway sandwich was like any other subway but customer service by the girl with the specticals was not pleasant at all very rude from start to finish for no reason
The area is very dirty besides that subway is great and food is all good
I had a really frustrating experience with customer service recently. I was a customer and needed to use the washroom, which was supposed to be available for customers. However, the girl at the counter was being rude and refused to give me the key. It's hard to believe that an employee wouldn't have a key for the washroom, especially when I was in a situation where I just got my menstrual cycle. I needed to put my pad on, and it was just so inconvenient and stressful not being able to access the facilities. I didn't even get to use the washroom at all.
