The girl working there was super rude and the sandwich she served me was over grilled and she took it out late from the grill i saw it and she said she only grilled it for 30 secs even after i saw it. It even tasted bitter but she refused to admit it and was rude.

Girls working there was super sweet. They close at 10 and i got there around 10.02. The door was locked but she was still inside i knocked the door she opened it and i asked her if she can still make me a sandwich as i was hungry and the store was close but she still served me and had a great costumer service. This is the best subway i have been to in metrovancouver area. And portions are really good too.

Great service and sandwich

I ordered a subway sandwich. I asked to use their washroom, and one staff member told me it's out of service.The notice was also up on the door.Moments later, a guy who was dressed in a regular attire asked if he could use the washroom. He was handed a key right away. I got up and asked the staff, is the notice invalid ?, and you guys are just picking and choosing on who can use the washroom?One staff member told me, he is the plumber, and directed me to ask him.As soon as the guy stepped out, he returned the key. I asked him, "Are you the plumber?" He looked at me surprised, caught off guard, and simply replied "Yes".Hence he had no tools on him, and spent less than 10 mins inside the washroom.This is appauling, and absolutely discriminatory towards customers especially who bring service to this Franchise called SuBWay.If for whatever reason, you don't want customers to use the washroom, just mention washroom is ONLY for STAFF, or simple remove the whole damn washroom.Make your lives and valuable customers lives easier. But this picking and choosing is favourtism, and absolutely unwelcoming behaviour, and needs to be stopped !!!If this location doesn't change for the better it might need some reporting especially if it doesn't provide any corrections of the staff members. Please FIX this washroom issue of your business, which has been going on for far way too long now. I can attest to this, as I recalled a time (1-2 Years, ago), with the same "out of service" posted on the washroom door at this Subway location. Also, based on reading the reviews, it's been an on-going problem !

It is worrying that they do not have a place where you can at least wash your hands to be able to eat the product that is purchased in that place.... I tried to connect my laptop because it did not have enough battery to continue with a task and the only contact I They had no use, and much less did they have WiFi.

Served me frozen veggie patty sub and refused to serve me another one. Did not check if there was deficiency in the oven. Most likely just stocked the patty from the freezer as I ordered with them in the early afternoon. Worker even touched my patty and felt it was frozen and did nothing about it. Management needs to teach employees how to handle these situations

Worst experience. I ask for foot longer and they charge me for 6 inch x2
I specifically told them that rate js more and you charge me for 6 inch twice. But she specifically told me no sir the rate is changed.
After seeing the receipt it was mentioned clearly that she charge me for 6 inch twice… thats so disrespectful and dishonest
