The sandwich was made with stale dry bread. The preparation was poor and ingredients lacking. The result was an unappetizing sandwich. The facility appeared clean. I would not go back to this location.

Whatever you do, don't order ahead on the app from this location. I ordered a steak rice bowl with all the veggies, and what I got was almost entirely rice and onions. Hardly any vegetables, and they actually forgot the steak. When I put in a complaint on the app, they said they would talk with the staff about improving in the future. Didn't even offer a coupon for next time. Never again.

I always just get a build your own sub, ham and grated cheese, she said “what’s grated cheese?” So I pointed at it so she could put it on. as she was putting on the ham says “you want extra bacon and extra cheese right” so I told her I don’t want bacon or extra cheese….. very strange… barely any veggies were put on, and all in a big clump in the middle not even spreading them out throughout the sandwich…. Very disappointing :(
