It is always closed early. I drove all the way here on Sunday, September 21, and they were closed at 9:10 PM. What a joke!

Worst service EVER. The female staff are very rude and they’re always so unpleasant. Don’t bother downloading the app, they don’t even let you use the coupons.
every table was dirty the floor was messy the bathroom according to a gal who talked to us was gross have to wonder if the food is safe

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I went in for the 2-footlong promo (Teriyaki Chicken or Steak for $16) and simply asked if I could get one of each. Before the employee could even answer, a man who seemed to be the owner or manager jumped in with an attitude, despite me not even addressing him.
When my order was being made, it was clear they were running low on chicken. Instead of grabbing more from the back, the employee under-scooped and even put some back to stretch what was left. I politely asked her to add the correct amount, but she ignored me. When I pointed out that the portion was much smaller than usual, the manager got involved again, insisting it was properly weighed and that I’d have to pay extra if I wanted more. I wasn’t asking for extra—I just wanted what I was paying for.
The staff completely dismissed my concerns and kept making my order as if I wasn’t speaking. I finally told them to stop because I no longer wanted the food. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager rudely waved me off and told me to leave.
I’ve been to many Subway locations and have never had an issue like this. The lack of professionalism and customer service here is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

We ordered 3 footings through the app this evening and 1 sandwich was missing the 3 sauces and white cheese requested and these were noted on the receipt.
Sahil at Queensborough location in New Westminster was awesome. His pleasant attitude is highly appreciated.

Put wrong sauce on sub which wasn't even close to what I asked for and didn't have basic customer service skills. I work nearby but will never be coming back.

I ordered a Footlong chicken sandwich at this Subway location, but the portion sizes were extremely disappointing. The sandwich had barely any meat, and the vegetables were so sparse and thin—less than half of what I usually get at other locations. The overall quality and quantity were far below expectations. I understand that the staff might want to take the leftover ingredients home to eat, but if they give customers so little and keep so much for themselves, can they even finish it all?

First experience, I ordered one sandwich via mobile for pick up. Arrived on time and it was not ready. No Problem i can wait a bit, but the staff went ahead and made 3 other walk-in customers’ orders before making mine. I ORDERED 20MINUTES BEFORE THESE GUYS WALKED IN. FYI people order AHEAD so they can SAVE TIME.
Second experience, i went in with a $2 off footlong coupon. Coupon expires aug 31st. Today is aug 11th and the staff tells me this coupon doesn’t work. And instead of taking $2 off, he used my subway reward points to “redeem” $2. What a degenerate.
This location is a joke. Your staff is incompetent to make a simple sandwich. Your job is literally just putting ingredients between the bread… please just close and make room for other local food businesses because you are just a waste of space. Your franchise owner doesn’t even care about this dump.

Went in for a sub and saw they are promoting ice cream sandwiches. The worker said they were made fresh in the morning so I decided to try one for $3.50. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that the ice cream was soft and smashed all inside, making the paper bag it is packaged in wet and mushy. By the time I arrived home less than 5 minutes later it had leaked all over my car seat and ended up in the trash. Don't waste your money.
