I was waiting quietly for using the bathroom. Suddenly the rude waitress shouted at me for customers only. I got so annoyed by her attitude. Sorry you lost one customer and all the others around me.

When i asked for a key to the washroom after purchasing something they said that the washroom was closed. While leaving the location, i saw another customer coming out of the washroom. Firstly they had no sign on the door saying that it wasn't out of order and second they lied to a customer after having let someone else in??? Horrible customer service

I asked for a half foot long sandwich and the lady told me that it’s called “a half sandwich” with an attitude💀I’ve never thought I would be corrected my English by a foreign person at subway just for getting my sandwich. Thank you for ruining my day for no reason

I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, but this one really stands out. The ingredients were fresh, my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Jaspreet—she’s absolutely fantastic! She was kind, patient, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she really cares about the customers. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile to make your experience better.
If you’re stopping by, definitely hope Jaspreet is working—you’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered subway last night around 10 pm and the girl working there was so rude.Firstly she was using AirPods and talking over call while taking order. I questioned about the bread size which was apparently inappropriate and she added wrong veggies which I clearly mentioned her it’s just she was busy over her call she didn’t pay much attention to what I said.Then I asked her to grill the sub to which she said the grill is not turned on.I had no option but to take the order because I had nothing else for dinner.Moreover, while making order she was cleaning grill with tissue and touching desktop & didn’t bother to wash her hands even before making sub.Such an unhygienic worker she was and didn’t know how to treat customers.

I recently visited Subway and had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional employee named Jaspreet. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcomed. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely enjoys their work and treats customers with such care and attention.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap, and not only did Jaspreet make it exactly how I wanted, but she also took the time to ensure everything was fresh and neatly prepared. She was patient, listened carefully to my preferences, and added the perfect balance of ingredients. The wrap was absolutely delicious – warm, flavorful, and satisfying!
What truly stood out, though, was her professionalism and kindness. She maintained a positive attitude throughout and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Her customer service skills are top-notch – polite, efficient, and thoughtful. Even when the store was a little busy, she handled it all gracefully and made sure no customer felt rushed or ignored.
Jaspreet is definitely an asset to the Subway team. Employees like her make a real difference and keep customers coming back. I highly recommend visiting this location if you want great food and excellent service – especially if Jaspreet is on duty!

This is a good sandwich place located inside the new westminster station plaza.
The food is generally good and fresh and affordable.
The staff are fine some are even cute which is a plus. The service is fine.
As for the atmosphere it could be described as boring and underwhelming. They could really use some pictures on the walls, maybe a rug or two.
I guess you can't expect much for a place that is mainly take out but it would be a nice touch.
This is a good place to go for a quick and healthy meal.

I’m writing to share an upsetting experience I had at your store today between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. I came in urgently needing to use the bathroom, as I am diabetic and sometimes struggle with sudden bladder control. I explained this to your staff member, hoping for a little understanding.
She told me that the washroom is for customers only. I shared that I come to your store twice a week usually for a ham sandwich or meatballs and even mentioned that I know her co-worker who could vouch for me. Still, I was denied access unless I paid first. Despite explaining my medical condition and the urgency, she did not show any willingness to help.
I completely understand the need for policies, especially when they’re designed to prevent misuse. But not every situation is the same. I am not someone looking to take advantage. I am a healthcare worker who simply needed a moment of compassion and was met instead with a lack of empathy.
Policies are important, but so is discretion and kindness. It was a small moment, but it left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Unless there’s a change in approach perhaps through training in empathy and customer care I will sadly be choosing not to return.
Kindness costs nothing but can mean everything. I hope this message is received in the spirit it’s meant: not to criticize, but to encourage more human-centered care in how your team interacts with the public.

Decided to do their buy one footlong get the other for a $1 on the app. I came home and ate one sandwich and the other sandwich I put in the fridge. The sandwich I put in the fridge I ate the next day. The next day I had diarrhea and day after I still had diarrhea with horrible stomach pains and I threw up twice. I had to call in sick and take two days off work. Never eating here again.

Expensive .I wonder if the picture on the board and the one I bought are real, I don't want to say anything. Absolutely disgraceful, don't eat here, eat at the subway next door The employees look angry and only treat their own citizens well.

Ordered off the app. I won't do that anymore. Missing almost all the toppings on my sandwich. I even double checked what I asked for and when I got home and opened the sandwich there was almost nothing on it. Can't find a way to complain other than like this. This is a very hot and miss location.
