If there is no customers in the store, then what are all the table dirty? I shouldn't have to ask them to clean it. Also, that was the lamest wipe down of a table ever.Secondly, why is everyone hiding in the back?Also, you wiped my table and none of the others and returned to the back of the store.I blame the owners for not clearly giving the workers instructions

All dumb people work here. Employees need to be more patient. They think they're God. Treat customers like they're beneath them. Especially morning shift staff.

What disgusting service from the staff. They just lied on the phone saying a sandwhich was made in 30 seconds when I called to cancel. I work across the street from there idiots. I'm going to make sure no one I know and no of our clients step foot in this subway. I just complained to the better business bureau and filed a complaint with head office I will also be dropping in to speak to the manager personally when I get time.

One of the best places where I like to get my food. Staff is very nice. Specially Amneet, one of best person i have seen. Excellent customer service. I usually get my food in morning and she make my day shine every time. I have seen some negative reviews about this place but that’s not right because you don’t write what you have done. Anyways, I like their food and employees ❤️❤️

Customer service not good at all. Highly dissatisfied with the food. Ordered a wrap with crispy chicken for the first time at a subway, not sufficient veggies or sauces; not fresh at all.

This location is the worst. The cookies are always super hard. At least sell them for a discount if they are old. The workers are wearing airpods and don't care about customer service.

It was around 9:00 pm , one healty girl was on the front desk , she behaved so rudly when my friend took the washroom key which was lying on the front and used their washroom , when my friend came back that punjabi girl start shouting on my friend that the washroom is only for the customers , that girl definitely should learn some manners and she was so aggressive . We planned to eat something thats why we entered there but after watching the rude behavior of that girl we decide to leave then that girl started insulting us . These kind of workers spoil the name of whole punjabies .. Really hurts when she shouted on us ...?

Few things wrong. Just like the other reviews the employees seem unhappy. My biggest problem is that when I got home to eat my sub the turkey was spoiled, and you could taste it. I've never had rotting meat at any other subway and this was my first time to this location. When I was leaving they said they had to charge me to receive a bag to hold my food 25 cents for a bag way smaller then the grocery store. My biggest problem obviously was the spoiled meat and that I had driven to far to return it. Honestly the employees weren't friendly that if I was close I still would not have gone back. If you're looking for a subway that's super fresh and friendly then I suggest walking down the street to the one at Columbia station.

Amazing staff, come here quite regularly (every week) and I always feel welcome. They work super hard at a really difficult location that can have some very unique clientele. Love you guys!
