Ordered a burrito. It was very fresh, tasty and made on the spot without delay. Received exactly what I ordered and prices seemed fair enough for the quality received. Was about 15 minutes drive home and was still very hot when I got home. Which was a good thing.

The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have an extraordinarily bad time at the store. Zero customer service and the faces they make while making your order. Unbearable!
Also, no point tipping here since the employees dont get it. The owners keep it!
I can say so much more but it’s not worth it!

Taco Del mar is usually my go to, but after my latest experience I will not be returning. The employee making my food was rubbing her face as she was assembling my food which is completely unsanitary. She did not know how to wrap a burrito, which is why it completely fell apart within the foil. When I began to eat the food and taking off bits of foil at a time, the tortilla unravelled and was not secured on either end. Lastly, the workers were extremely stingy with their portions. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience. Train your employees better.

Slightly silver

Got told to wait for my order (this is totally fine) but someone else shows up and just says his order and it's immediately handled. Immediately left after that, not having that bs

New owners, they clearly don’t care. Used to be so good, now it’s just slop. They’ll respond to this and say “sorry this isn’t what our customers are accustomed to” don’t listen to that. The customers are accustomed to trash food. It’s gone downhill so hard.

Parked at the store and discovered that all my loyalty points have been removed without any indication or warning. Contacted the app directly over a week ago and didn't receive a response. Disappointed that my years of loyalty have been rewarded with such a disregard for customer service. Won't be visiting this franchise anymore.

EDIT: I contacted the website that the store suggested in their response several days ago. They have yet to respond give me a response.

Pop machine has been broken for 3+ months so you are forced to purchase more expensive bottle drinks. Prices increased but product much smaller. Got a burrito and was no bigger then a frozen burrito. Used to not be able to finish a burrito and had no issue in the last visit and left still hungry.
