We got a matcha frap and chocolate frap. They tasted very watery and had no flavour in them. Very disappointed

They forgot my order and I ve been waiting for 15 mins doing nothing and I had to ask them where my drink is. They totally forgot and asked me what I ordered lol. They just tried to make my drink and brushed me off. Normally, other cafes like Starbucks would have gave snacks or some sort of compensation, but I wouldn't expect it to happen at this Cafe by seeing how it runs. It's my first time here and I kinda feel disappointed. The drink was mediocre for the price.

I was thinking of trying this place out as it’s very close to the new building I just moved in to but when I went to the Take Five Cafe’s website to see their menu what I found was absolutely horrid AI generated images for the items. Absolutely disgusted. Besides the ethics of using AI generated images for your business, they look just laughably terrible to boot and that’s an understatement. Couldn’t be bothered to take some pictures of your own products? Hire a photographer? Disgusting is the perfect word for this and I will absolutely not be giving my service to this business at any point while this remains on the website.

Great Friendly Service with amazing coffees and food.
Lovely smooth and rich cafe latte with a shot of hazelnut. Ginger molasses cookie was tasty and the perfect size to share with my husband. Friendly service. It is a small space and was fairly busy during our midday visit on a Friday, but we were able to get seating.

I've found my new favourite cafe in the area. The sandwich tasted perfect. And you can get baileys in your coffee, which is delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and the parisienne style seating outside is the cherry on top.

It has been a very long time since I have been in a place where they went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and comfortable. I cannot stress enough just how much this place is worthy of people's business. It doesn't hurt that they also happen to have amazing food, coffee and other treats.
