I've found my new favourite cafe in the area. The sandwich tasted perfect. And you can get baileys in your coffee, which is delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy and the parisienne style seating outside is the cherry on top.

It has been a very long time since I have been in a place where they went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and comfortable. I cannot stress enough just how much this place is worthy of people's business. It doesn't hurt that they also happen to have amazing food, coffee and other treats.

Really needing coffee and this was only coffee place I could go to and still be on time for my appointment. To my pleasant surprise it was delicious and reasonably priced. I had an Americano with oat milk but it tasted really good compared to big chain coffee shops. Servers were very friendly and lots of good looking goodies!
Parking: Paid street parking, you could walk a block up and get 2 hour free parking. Save on foods has a parking lot where you can get 2 hours free parking - if you’re going to save on ? and then you might want to grab a quick coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Ok to bring kids as long as they can be reasonably quiet

Ordered a tea latte and received a coffee latte instead. Also, I ordered an americano because I read that the drip coffee was cold, but the americano did not taste good.

I went there yesterday and ordered a cappuccino to go. The cappuccino was so boiling hot that it burned my tongue and basically it was awful coffee with traces of milk in it. Adding enough milk in the cappuccino would have cooled it down.
In summary: tasteless, and watered down cappuccino ( barely any milk). Would not recommend.
