My recent experiences at Tim Hortons have been disappointing. Yesterday, I was served an iced coffee that was shockingly tasteless, which was a letdown. Today's visit was even more frustrating; I ordered steeped tea with two sugars, but received it without any sugar at all, despite specifically asking for it.

These inconsistencies in quality and attention to detail are concerning. While Tim Hortons is usually a reliable option, these recent mishaps have made me reconsider my future visits. Hopefully, they can improve their quality control and ensure orders are made correctly.

Decent coffee, but the attitude needs work. I’ve been to this Tim Hortons a few times, and while the food and drinks are usually fine, the customer service can be a real toss-up. Some staff seem genuinely helpful, but others act like serving customers is a burden. There’s a noticeable sense of entitlement from a few employees—like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up to work.
Honestly, if you don’t enjoy the job, there are other places hiring good staff. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in a service role. I’m not expecting five-star treatment, just basic respect and professionalism.
Hoping the vibe improves over time which probably will happen as the youngsters hopefully move onto jobs they actually want to be at.

Standard Tim Hortons experience except for some extras.... Extra flies. Also sometimes understaffed
