They’re up before me , just so I can grab a fresh coffee or cold drink and some breakfast or even something for lunch later on. They make my drive to work enjoyable! And when I travel … I don’t have to worry about what’s this places coffee taste like? It’s always the same Tim’s coffee. Or cold drink! Same in every store no matter where you travel to! I like that!

Hi Tim Hortons, this is not the first time I have faced this, whenever I order anything for pickup, it's either not available in-store, or always providing alternatives, not only this store but every store has the same issue, please either update the service on app availability of products, or else improve the availability of stuff in stores. I had tried to ignore this a lot of times, but now, the limit has been reached, every time seriously!?, I'll still be a customer but need this service improved asap. Today, I ordered ahead 5 items for pickup but just received only one of them (the drink), This is ridiculous, as everything else was not even available in-store, please prioritize this issue, and make sure no other customer doesn't have such an inconvenience. Been living in the neighborhood for over 2 years now and i avoid this Timmies AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I will drive elsewhere for my TH fix.
Slow service, rude staff, and they always cheap out on the toppings and potato wedges.
And whats the point of you being opened 24 hours? You never have any food to sell after 11pm except leftover donuts that no one buys…..
