The short big gal has very rude service. I was told they ādonāt steam milk hereā with no explanation, even though other locations do.

Iāve done a mobile order twice now for drugs thru and both times the staff say they canāt find it and take 5 minutes to search it up. I tried a mobile order with in store pickup and after a 10 minute wait, they finally start preparing it after clearing out the walk in line and drive thru.
Need more staff and better training. Only good thing I can say is at least the coffee taste is more consistent than other locations
