Very disappointing experience. The staff did not know how to take orders properly, and the service was extremely unprofessional. I ordered a chicken wrap, but it was served without any chicken. When I brought it up, the staff were rude instead of fixing the mistake politely. This level of service is unacceptable. Please improve your staff training and customer service.

I order two coffees hot chai latte with vanilla flavor and espresso shot and coffees were not hot. Both are missing in vanilla flavors and espresso shot and coffees have yucky 🤮 taste even i have to wait for 20 mints. Very bad service. Never visit again. Wastage of 💰 money.

I ordered a coffees and bagel . The lady took order she was very rude. Me and my friends were there at 12 pm i was ordering the food she left in between and start making coffee when i was about to order she was very rude and said i didn’t complete it yet. Poor customer service, no greetings .

Get ready to wait 15-20 mins for a drip coffee. The incompetence is wild and causes so much chaos.

I ordered through the kiosk and I got my food fast but when I asked where my coffee was the lady said there was no one to make the drinks…then stop taking orders until you’ve caught up??? Then eventually someone shows up to make drinks and just started making them in a random order. I told her that she needs to work in the correct order in which they were printed. She tried to get me out of there and asked what my drink was so she could make it and I told her I don’t want my drink ahead of others, I want you to do your job properly and work through the list. Not just pick random tickets and make them. I saw the workers making the same drinks and then one dumping theirs because it had already been made. It’s a joke - read the reviews and sort it out 🤷‍♀️ everyone is complaining about the same thing. How does it take 20 mins to make a small drip with one cream? Even if you had no more coffee and had to brew a new pot , it wouldn’t even that long.

Ordered before from the app because I know they are very late, but today was another level of dissappointment. Had to wait for 30 minutes for some wedges. I was very late for my lectures. This is single handedly the worst tims around new west. Please order 30 minutes prior to going. Plus the workers has 0 urgency when it comes to helping clear out the orders. Worst.

The lady with the glasses her name is Mary Ann I believe she’s incredibly rude, she’s always talking to you like you’re stupid, I ordered a farmers wrap and I specifically said NO EGG like 3 times to my surprise there was egg in it, her attitude towards customers is awful she acts like she doesn’t want to be there, every time I come I hope I don’t get her as the cashier because it pisses me off

One of the worst locations. The wait time is extremely slow and the service needs to be improved. I will no longer be going to this location. Waste of time.

I ordered a small coffee this morning. An older lady took my order small coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar, plus 3 pieces of Timbits. I repeated my order three times because she kept asking if it was 1 cream and 1 sugar, even though I had already said it clearly.

Then I noticed she made my coffee with not fresh coffee, and she didn’t stir it. When I politely asked if she stirred it, she said yes, but I told her that I didn’t see it. She got upset and seemed annoyed.
You should hire staff who have more patience and don’t act bossy, especially when customers are just trying to get their order right. The service didn’t feel professional.
