One of the worst locations. The wait time is extremely slow and the service needs to be improved. I will no longer be going to this location. Waste of time.
I ordered a small coffee this morning. An older lady took my order small coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar, plus 3 pieces of Timbits. I repeated my order three times because she kept asking if it was 1 cream and 1 sugar, even though I had already said it clearly.
Then I noticed she made my coffee with not fresh coffee, and she didn’t stir it. When I politely asked if she stirred it, she said yes, but I told her that I didn’t see it. She got upset and seemed annoyed.
You should hire staff who have more patience and don’t act bossy, especially when customers are just trying to get their order right. The service didn’t feel professional.

Average wait time for an iced cap is 10-15 minutes, and it's getting worse. There's precisely 3 people there who seem to know what they are doing.

A couple days ago I ordered an egg and cheese wrap without bacon but to my surprise after taking my second bite I realized there is bacon inside and I went back to get my refund but the staff weren’t even paying any attention to me. I talked to one of guys but he disappeared so I talked to another employee but she was extremely rude. The guy finally came back and decided gave me my refund but the next day when I checked my account I realized instead of getting my refund I was instead charged again, so I paid them twice just to be treated horribly and to eat bacon which I’m extremely against and find it disgusting, i don’t even wanna go back to get my refund cause the staff is so horrible that I rather just not worry waste my time and energy on it

Don’t order sandwiches or soups here unless you plan on waiting 30+ minutes. You can’t even call it fast food at that point. Everyone works at an extremely slow pace.
Customer service needs serious work whether it’s proper training or a change in management. The old Asian lady slammed my receipt back at me and told me it’s not her problem when I told her I ordered my soup 30 minutes ago.
Three of the workers were loudly arguing about who should go on break when there are dozens of students needing to go to class yet stuck waiting on a hashbrown.
I’ve never seen a place so badly managed.

The food quality in this branch is not good , once I found my bread moldy and most of the time the pastries are not fresh ,also the waiting time is so long usually it takes more than 10 minutes for a coffee.

I come here almost every day, but recently my orders haven’t been correct. I usually order through the kiosk, and whenever I get the Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich, something is always missing. Two times ago it was the sausage, last time it was the cheese, and this time again, the sausage was missing.
I understand it can get very busy during lunchtime, but once my medium latte took 30 minutes to come out. I hope the service quality can be improved.
If this happens again, I will be requesting a refund.

Usually some workers are nice but my experience here is always waiting for food for a long time. Today I bought the new craveables, and after waiting for a while with a lot of other ppl waiting for their craveables, a worker said someone forgot to thaw the wraps, so they had to replace it with buns instead.
