Customer is deaf trying to get refund for items that are not in stock but ordered online and was showing in stock, obviously for a Christmas present. Staff refused to call on her behalf to support as she cannot. There is no accessible options available for her.

I live right above this Tim Hortons location and since the renovations, their service and efficiency has gone down hill.
I have made several complaints online to head office due to the multiple times orders have been incorrect or that it took 30 minutes to complete.
Today, I ordered online 10 minutes ahead to pick up my order as I have limited time on my lunch break, to find my order ready. That is so awesome. However after getting back to eat and enjoy the rest of my lunch, I find MEAT in my egg and cheese wrap, this is not what I ordered. What is sad is that I swapped sauses and that was correct. Why was there meat in my order!?
The manager was 'sorry' however it doesn't give me my time back.
If you want to get a quick coffee and are not on a time constraint, this is the place to go. However, if your on a limited lunch break, possibly avoid and if not prepare to be disappointed.

It waited for 16 minutes for a simple sandwich and coffee mobile order and I was supposed to be at work by then. They don't even care at all. I'm done with you, guys. Humans are lazy and that's why the future generations will have to depend on AI, especially on services.

Surprice this tim hourtons dont want to clean there washrooms so they closed washroom and put sign for storage great management no washrooms anymore where is Fraser heath compulsory condition that they have washroom for customers

I recently purchased a hashbrown from this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, it had a very off-putting smell and taste. It was not what I expected and made me lose my appetite, so I had to throw it away, so disgusting. This was disappointing as I usually enjoy their food. I hope the store can look into this and ensure better quality and consistency in the future.

The owner of this store must be very stingy. The employees are visibly exploited and stressed. The lines are always super long. And there's always less workers than necessary. Tim Hortons should have a better quality control because some stores are throwing its name in the garbage. See for yourself in the pic. It's like that everyday.
