Made a mobile order at like 730am for 15 mins and iit said ready bby 744am and I get here at 8am and its not ready and it's not even ordered but I was charged the meal they had to go to the cash machine and find or make me a new order receipt I felt like they messed up and couldn't even say sorry for the inconvenience all they did was say it was my fault or something like that I didnt like the way they handled the situation

⭐⭐ Inderjit ⭐⭐ was absolutely fantastic! I came in during the morning rush and he was handling a huge lineup all by himself with a smile on his face the entire time. My order was a little complicated still, she got everything perfect on the first try, super fast too.
She even noticed I looked half-asleep and threw in a cheerful “Have an awesome day!” that actually made me smile. Best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had in a long time. Inderjit deserves a raise — he’s the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back!

Just got a French Vanilla with double-double from this store. I was in a rush, took a sip later, and found a piece of bacon inside the drink. That’s extremely disappointing and totally unacceptable. Please be more careful with your preparation this could have caused a serious issue for someone with dietary restrictions.
