Stopped by a bit before 10 pm on a weekday. I mobile ordered a coffee. Not the cleanest location (there were napkins and empty cups around by the back counter and at some tables), but the interior does look newer than some other locations I've been to! After standing by the pickup counter for a while, the employee asks if I'm waiting for a mobile order. I confirmed I was waiting for a coffee, and they asked if it was decaf.My order was ready but they had initially called out "decaf with cream," or something similar. I ordered oat milk, so didn't think twice when I heard the employee call it out a few minutes prior. In addition, my name was still on the "still brewing" screen rather than being completed and ready. The employee made a comment insinuating she had said "oat milk" after I just calmly stated that I heard her say "cream" earlier, so wasn't aware (they're not the same for people who drink non-dairy alternatives). I know what I heard so didn't appreciate how it was turned back on a customer for not picking up the order. The coffee itself was standard, and I do like Tim's brew.

I had a very very bad experience with Tim Horton at this location I went there to get something to drink n eat then I realize d table n d floor was very dirty so I went up to d front n asked/ request her if she can send somebody to clean that table she right away told m in a very rude manner that there is a napkin u can take it n clean ur self we r busy so I told her u r working here or I'm working here I don't get pd u get pd n also this is apart of ur job she told m 3 time that they r busy I should take a napkin n clean myself so I got very angry n ask her I need to talk to ur manager so I ask her d phone number of that location n also her name which she did not hav her batch on she reply to m that she is not suppose to give phone number n her name all this she said in a very rude manner so I need d manager n d head office to ask her to confront m n say sorry she hav to hav respect the customers if she dont hav manners then she shouldn't work there I already talk to d manager (Sandra)about this incident n I need an apologies from her

I went to order and walked up to the til, and the worker refused to serve me. She called over another worker to switch tils with her. I was in the day before to order an egg belt with a hashbrown inside. She changed the order to a farmers sandwich and charged me extra for the tomato and lettuce. I told her that's not what I just ordered, and she told me she is trained to do it this way. I asked to speak to the manager, and she was very helpful and put the order right, and the worker corrected her anyway and said this is how we are trained to do it. The manager then asked if I wanted chilpote on it. I said no, I don't want the farmers. This is the main reason not to change the order because the sandwich maker will get confused and automatically put Chilpote on it. The manager did well, but now the worker is discriminating against me and refusing to serve me because her manager helped me out.It all started when I refused to take the receipt and asked if she would verbally tell me the order number. She refused. And this went on for two or three times. When receipts are written, BPA is produced as a byproduct and contaminates the receipt, which is toxic to people... Tim hortons do not vet receipt orders. They only call out the order numbers but do not do a visual confirmation. The next time I went, she refused to serve me and told a coworker that I threw change at her. This is a criminal offense she just accused me of. Tim hortons responsibility is to call the police to report this. I thought it was personal (besides the accusation), but I now see it's because she doesn't know how to think on her own two feet. I asked her to verbally confirm the number and she refused because that's the way she was trained. I ask her to pit a hashbrown on a Belt, and she refuses because she thinks it's a farmer sandwich.

For over a month there bathroom has been out of order, this restaurant does get a lot of foot traffic, which might have something to do with it. On a couple of occasions the tables were dirty, lots of water by the exit door, might of had something to do with the rain.Parking: There is some street meter parking or the parkade has 3 levels paid as well. If your shopping at the station you might get some money back from various stores.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a hand wave door, if you have come by bus take elevator up to concourse level head towards 8th street timmies is on your left hand side.

Pretty bad service, kinda slow and if you find a hair on your food the manager will say you put it there to get a free wrap :/. Btw I did call the customer service number and I was told there was nothing they could do as it’s up to each branch manager. Why reply to my review acting like you guys care. Actually caring is better than pretending ;)
