Don’t go there, the service is awful, There’s a rude older woman in the front, she talks to you disrespectful and impolite. it’s second time I go and the two times she had treated me badly. Now for sure, im not coming back anymore

Ordered an ice drink and they gave me a hot one. Told them that but I was told I’d have to pay for a new one instead so I kept the drink. Ordered a belt with no cheese or dairy for a friend’s allergy, double checked when I got it and there was definitely cheese on it. They made a new one but really didn’t appreciate the poor customer service

I ordered a French Vanilla today, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the counter showed absolutely no sense of basic customer etiquette. The other counter was closed, so I was waiting at the pickup area , he simply placed the order there and walked away without a word. No acknowledgment, no clarification whether it was mine or someone else’s nothing. When I politely pointed out that he should at least say, “This is your coffee,” when handing over an order (since customers shouldn’t have to guess or risk picking up someone else’s drink), his arrogant response was simply, “I know.” We also come from the same service industry, and it’s disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior in a customer-facing role. I strongly urge the management to pay attention to staff training and attitude because you’re in the business of service, not just distribution. Respect and basic courtesy go a long way in keeping customers loyal.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered Hashbrown and first the lady punched the order and then the another lady(Kirti/Kriti) came from Inside. Infront of me, she checked the hashbrowns, there were around 4-5 hashbrowns and she told another lady that this is for us. And then she declined to give me. Worst customer service and worst environment. Never gonna go again and will share with my circle and make sure they also avoid this Tim Horton location.
