I know Timmy's doesn't get all the love but I have to say I'm liking them more and more with every visit. The coffee is consistent. The service is consistent and to be honest they don't mess up my order.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered Hashbrown and first the lady punched the order and then the another lady(Kirti/Kriti) came from Inside. Infront of me, she checked the hashbrowns, there were around 4-5 hashbrowns and she told another lady that this is for us. And then she declined to give me. Worst customer service and worst environment. Never gonna go again and will share with my circle and make sure they also avoid this Tim Horton location.

I came here last week and tried to leave a review on the Tim’s website but was unable to due to my mobile receipt didn’t have the receipt number to use on my review and had to go to work. Well usually on my way to work il get tims but not today. Theres a short lady there who makes the experience so bad for me. Once I walk into the place she sees me and goes to my mobile order and holds it hostage almost. I’m standing there waiting and I see it’s mine, my names on the receipt and I tell her and she tells me to hold on. And I’m at this Tim’s a lot ordering online and picking up my order. She looks like she’s struggling or holding back frustration or something and she grabs one of my coffees and spills it on herself, and she yells out loud. I just want to go I order on the app for quick service so I can go to work but I’m watching and waiting for this woman to finish whatever she’s planning to do. Anyways I tell her it’s fine after she spills my drink so I can take it and leave right away and she tells me that she’s doing her job as she puts a coaster on the coffee she spilled. when she hands me the coffee I also spill it because the cup is broken I find out and the lid doesn’t fit anymore. She yells again “you spilled it” but I just grab all my things and leave because the last thing I want to do is stand around arguing with this unpleasant woman. Will avoid this location

Everything is fresh and hot, and I appreciate the generous amount of cutlery and napkins included without mentioning as most of the restaurants does not provide. However I ordered a box of 10 timbits but did not received any birthday pop but the rest were delicious! Still very Happy with the service and will definitely order again. Thank you to the team whoever made and packed my order.
