RUDE RUDE RUUUUUUUUUUUDE !!!!!!! I was waiting . The cashier seen that I was waiting . I didnt know what cash to wait in front of as there was no one in front of the two there . Shes walking back and forth getting timbits or some thing and goes back to her cash and talks to the people closer to her cash register knowing that I was there 1st as she seen me . RUDE or just plain stupid ! I just left !

what the hell is this? Half the cream cheese spread on half the bagel? I should pay half the price. The spread isn’t even on the thick side of the bagel. Absolute garbage.
UPDATE…..you just got 1 star for responding with an auto reply ….You don’t deserve the staff or customers you have!!!!In the morning, These guys run non stop to get the customers in and out with their order as quick as possible , they get 5 stars, whom ever owns this location gets -5 stars…. To handicap and stress out their hard working employees by not fixing a simple appliance that is the centre of most orders is beyond ridiculous. I’m talking about the broken toaster that is going on its 3 rd week , while your hard working employees use a panini press to warm up all things that should be toasted … shame on you for not providing your staff with basic tools to perform their job …. And it doesn’t taste the same as a toasted product either

Coffee nearly always tastes burnt, staff seem confused at any order more then a simple double double.
Could use a good deep clean, napkins and wrappers left out gathering dust at times is concerning.
U have a 70/30 chance at getting a non burnt tasting coffee, but if your on the go it will do.
Parking: It's in a gas station people park like they think they are in richmond

You know Donuts is one of the few things Tim's unusually dose well, and this location can't even get this right. An Order of 12, all tasted 3 days old. 4 cream all filled, all with an empty hole, they basically filled them with air.
