Price is affordable. Taste is great beyond the price. I love that they didn't give too much rice in a roll, so there's a lot of filling. This is what authentic shushi is supposed to be.

Unfortunately there's been lapses and inconsistencies with the food the past few months. It's happened twice now where they didn't add the tuna on top of my red dynamite roll. It's also happened twice where the salmon is too cold and has an off taste/texture because of it. To their credit, the staff offered to remake the last roll once the issue was pointed out and apologized. I used to go here often and will likely not be back now.

They will give you a crunchy avocado. it would be impossible not to notice when cutting / handling it that it was not ripe at all. I'm not going to be ordering here anymore since the level of care for your order has gone down a lot.
