The service provided was satisfactory, and the staff appeared welcoming. However, the pricing structure for the ice cream was a point of concern. Specifically, the cost of a child's scoop at $5.25 before tax, which uses the same cup but contains 30% less product than a regular scoop priced at $6.15 before tax, warrants further review.
Third time, shared pizza, not as spectacular as ice cream, dough was pale and undercooked, toppings were sparse. I see what people say about staff, this time they were pretty clueless and not really helpful. Again didn't get to try Pizza, maybe next time but Ice Creams just as good as remembered. Coffee`s were great. Service was very nice. However, the gelato was too sweet. We tried 3 double scoops. I live in the city and can walk to Mario`s and La Casa. Work downtown within 2 minutes from Bella Gelateria on Howe and a few others within 7-10 minutes. Sincerely, too sweet. Do a blind taste test and bring in Mario`s and La Casa. Flavor for flavor with the staff blindfolded.
