It looks better on social media than in person. The food is oriented towards a nostalgic homely atmosphere, the kind you'd get at home or your local street vendor, but the prices aren't exactly nostalgic or homely - it was a bit annoying that they didn't give any chutney with the Vada Pao and charged me extra to get that, when a tamarind and cilantro chutney is pretty standard.We asked questions about the food items to the waiter but she simply said she didn't know what it was.The place could be a good experience, but the social media marketing and the pricing is commercial and doesn't match the food style or quality in my opinion.

I discovered this restaurant recently and I would like to say that everything is perfect about this restaurant. Gives you complete feel of India with the most amazing pau bhaji, vada pau and chai. The staff is really friendly as well. Slightly expensive but wonderful taste!

The best Maharashtrian food in town. Most Indian restaurants in Metro Vancouver serve Punjabi or South Indian dishes. This restaurant specializes in Maharashtrian cousins. The food is very authentic in taste and the quantity is pretty good. The owner is very friendly and helped us choose our food as well. The food is a bit on the spicy side, as the name suggests. So please let them know if you are looking for milder options. We have been here many times and tried out almost all the dishes. I would highlight recommend vada pav, pitla bhakri, misal, puran poli and masala chai.
