What experience?
Can't really say much.
The two drones failed to engage in any way..
I saw them. They saw me. Then, I waited and waited .. No service. No acknowledgement. Not a care in the world. Like I wasn't even there. Very strange. I left, empty handed.. Is this a place of business or a facade?
I don't get it. Maybe try next time. Oh, wait. There isn't going to be a next time...

Went here on Christmas Eve day. When I first walked in I was really impressed with both how clean it was, but how lovely the white lights / Christmas decoration looked. Service was friendly from a young woman with first name something like Dinina/Dionne (sorry!). She had a labret piercing, I recall. I don’t come down to New West too often, but I’ll make a point of popping in here when I do. Merry Christmas everyone.

Waves upsized the drinks today (xmas Eve), really thoughtful. Store is festive and clean, barista super fun to interact with, will come again.

I visited the cafe for the first time on Saturday. I really liked the atmosphere. There were lots of groups of friends playing chess and other games, and just chatting. The atmosphere in the cafe is very warm, which draws people there, including me.

On a refreshing weekend afternoon, a fresh lemonade with a shot of espresso. Period.

Also, every barista was so kind and friendly and professional when they made a drink. Thank you for making my weekend lovely with your Waves’ energy 🫶

A nice place to have a coffee and conversation with a friend.

Laid-back atmosphere that makes it a comfortable place to linger. Desserts are well made and genuinely tasty, and the coffee is better than most, just a bit on the pricey side. The best part is that this branch keeps later hours than others, so a pretty convenient spot as a whole.

Love this building. The eating area is good, there was a chess club using a number of tables so we enjoyed the outdoor tables.

Barista Komal made me a flawless Caramel Latte with just the right amount of sweetness. She double checked my order to ensure everything was made to perfection, paying close attention to the details of sweetness and texture. The drink was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, as you can see in the picture. The cafe itself has a pleasant, clean, and welcoming. I would be visiting the cafe again. Thank you Komal and Waves for the best experience I had today.

This place is expensive - like very expensive. I got a spicy beef roll which was almost 5 dollars and an iced latte - beef roll was flavorless and messy in a massive bag and the latte was meh though not sure what I expected of an iced latte. Want eccentric a level above Starbucks? Go here, looking for decent coffee? Look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, this Waves location was a major disappointment compared to others I've visited. After a 15-minute wait for two iced drinks, both were poorly executed. The Iced London Fog was almost entirely oat milk with very little tea and only a few ice cubes. The Iced Vietnamese Coffee was so watered down it tasted like day-old, lukewarm coffee. Since I was already running late, I couldn't wait for replacements. I took one sip of the London Fog and left it behind. Super frustrating—I'll be avoiding this specific location going forward.

GREAT PLACE TO MELLOW OUT AND ENJOY.

Best experience at this Waves in New West this morning. The girls working here seem perfect and the place has a nice calm vibe inside. Love the rooibos drinks here and was excited to see the yogurt parfait too
