I asked for a milkshake and the employee said they had nothing like that.
I knew this was wrong, because I've seen people leave Wendy's with something that looked suspiciously like a milkshake.
I tried another employee the next day, and she suggested a frosty. The concept of a frosty is hardly different than a milkshake.
Why did the first employee lie to me, and why did that woman also not suggest a frosty in the first place? I worked service jobs for fifteen years. When you have something similar, then you suggest it. You do not declare that nothing like what the person asked for exists when you in fact have something notably similar.
Don't go to this Wendy's. Some of the employees don't know their own menu.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Navjot at the Wendy’s on 6th Street. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. I had my four kids with me, and he took his time with our order without making us feel rushed at all. He stayed calm, professional, and respectful the whole time – even though working in a fast-food environment can be very stressful.
Navjot handled everything perfectly, with a smile, and made our visit so much easier. Thumbs up to him! Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Highly recommended!

I was eating thousand times from Wendy's. But this is my first time worst experience regarding food taking 15 minutes late order. Chicken was not grilled properly just like chwigam. Spicy chicken burger not ready properly. This is my last trip in Wendy's.....

One of the better Wendy's out there. Realy clean for a Wendy's near a high school. Very nice staff always willing to assist you. One of the smallest Wendy's in the lower mainland. The staff are always working very hard and are very polite and respectful. I have never witnessed any bad attitude from the staff and I have been a regular patron there since 1982.. never have a seating problem at 4:30 pm when i usually go. The drive through is very good. No garbage laying around outside. Tables are cleaned fairly quickly. Easy location and accessible for persons with disabilities. The bathroom is almost always clean. The food is always hot and juicy. Sometimes younger folks are a bit loud but otherwise its a good clean choice for anyone.
