Calm soothing atmosphere inside that really allows you to focus on the delightful wines. Tasting flight was amazing with great explanation and romancing from my server Sietara. Best winery on the island with amazing food pairings as well to make sure you leave happy!

Apologies for being a contrarian with all of the 5 star reviews but having visited numerous wineries all over the US, the wine was not very appealing to us. We tried a few white wines and a few red wines. Service was great and a lovely setting. We did not finish our glasses.

We had a wonderful lunch at Deep Cove Winery as always and enjoyed Queen red, sparkling, beer for the boys and sangria - there were four of us. The setting is beautiful, the wine incredible and the food delicious. Moreover the staff are incredible - shout out to our server Sietara yesterday, she was very knowledgeable about the wines and very patient with us as we ordered multiple things and stayed for hours. Loving the new daily additions to the menu - we tried pino colada shrimp yesterday which were delicious. Our very favourite place to go for lunch, or to share a bottle of wine or a jazz night. š·ā¤ļø

A great atmosphere, beautiful back drop of the vineyard. The wine and food stands up to the excitement, and the staff are social and build a fun relationship while you are there. Angela had a great service style with a smile, her insights with the menu was very helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for something away from the Victoria downtown area or if you want to make a quick stop before a ferry trip.

We cycled to Deep Cove Winery for my birthday. 12/10 phenomenal experience! Beautiful, refined yet unpretentious, country setting. The food and wine were delicious and the service, exceptional! If you get the pleasure of having Angela serve you, you can expect an above and beyond experience. She was attentive, informative, warm, friendly and fun! Canāt say enough about this winery and their staff.

We really enjoyed our visit to Deep Cove Winery. The wine was excellent, and the dessert was a nice treat as well. While the food menu isnāt very extensive, the spinach and artichoke dip and the feature pizza we ordered were both delicious. The patio is lovely, with a beautiful view of the vineyard that made the experience even more enjoyable.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this is a hidden gem thatās definitely worth the drive.

The staff are absolutely amazing. My husband and I booked the winery for our wedding and it was such an amazing experience. Its the kind of venue where they are seasoned enough to have a great contract (they thought of things I wouldn't have that ensured we all had a good day), but they also had the personal touch that only comes from local owners & leadership, and dedicated, happy staff.
All of the staff were so fun, kind and efficient on our big day as well as every time we've dined there.
We had the best wedding day we could have imagined and a big part of it was this ideal backdrop and the wonderful people that run the winery!

Whether itās a wedding venue or just an afternoon on the patio with wine and cheese, this spot is absolutely gorgeous. The food is incredible and more than just simple nibbles. The staff is super friendly and I love the wine flights! Bonus points for a cute kitty in the vines too.

We visited the Winery in June 2025 on our way to Sooke. The 4 sampler wines were very good; howeve, the one that really stood our was the Deep Cove Malbec Red Wine 2021. It was Excelent and tasted like "this goes with steak!" So much so, that we purchased a bottle and enjoyed it last night with our steak. I only wish we could get Deep Cove wines here in Ontario.

Had a wonderful visit to the winery with friends. We did a flight tasting and had a few different plates to share. The service was 10/10, top notch. So accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was SO tasty and the kitchen went above and beyond to accommodate my friend who canāt eat gluten. The house made ice cream was the best Iāve ever tasted! (Passion fruit, guava!) The Malbec was divine. Such a treasure.
